Public Relations<\/li>\n<li>Events Management<\/li>\n<li>Brand Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Strategic Communications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead production of communication materials including success stories, bulletins, brochures and other promotional material.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and monitor implementation of the communication style guide for all external and internal communication materials (TV and radio programs, presentations, speeches and other documentation).<\/li>\n<li>Provide creative, editorial and operational support for communications initiatives and report on progress<\/li>\n<li>Maintain library system for all communications materials.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and coordinate to conduct Most Significant Changes (MSC) technique to capture the project success stories and good practices.<\/li>\n<li>Represent all Nigerian projects at all FHI 360 communication forums (local and regional meetings).<\/li>\n<li>Respond to requests from FHI 360 country office and headquarters as well as USAID for information to internal\/external audiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Media Communications and Public Relations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor media, local and donor opinion concerning relevant health areas, FHI 360 Nigeria, and USAID to gauge the effect of the information dissemination strategy and to provide feedback to inform adjustments to future information programming.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement and evaluate the project\u2019s media (including online) strategy in consultation with supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and pitch proactive media opportunities in consultation with programs team.<\/li>\n<li>Write and distribute media releases and support production of regular, legally compliant email newsletters and notices to target audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Develop online communication materials including video content to increase our social media presence (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn).<\/li>\n<li>Maintain oversight of the website, including updating relevant information.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a standard information package on project activities that can be shared with visitors and media as required (including success stories, photos, maps, newsletters and other documents as appropriate).<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain an updated contact directory of key contacts from different sectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Events Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the management of public events such as VIP visits, USAID delegate visits, launches, disseminations, exhibitions, conferences etc.\u2013 including setting purposes and objectives, roles and responsibilities; pre-planning, briefings, logistics, schedules, presentations, posters, exhibition stands and post conference evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a calendar of key events in close collaboration with program and technical staff members and implementing partners.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective implementation and adherence to SIDHAS project branding strategy and marking plan.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper acknowledgment of SIDHAS project and donors for their contributions.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee proper and consistent use of SIDHAS project and USAID logos in line with the project\u2019s branding strategy and marking plan in all supported publications, commodities and activities\/events.<\/li>\n<li>Implement plan to promote presence of SIDHAS project and USAID at both national and local level to highlight the contribution made in the field of public health, mainly HIV and AIDS.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular supportive supervision and monitoring visits to project sites to ensure donor and organizational visibility (branding)<\/li>\n<li>Perform other relevant duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s level degree with at least 5-7 years works experience or bachelor\u2019s level degree with 7-9 years\u2019 work experience in a similar capacity in an NGO\/INGO.<\/li>\n<li>Desirable &#8211;
