The State is home to the World\u2019s second largest preserved rain forest and the famous Annual Calabar Carnival.<\/p>\n<p>Cross River State Ministry of Finance invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Consultant &#8211; Transaction Adviser, Procurement of Merchant \/ Cargo Vessels and Fishing Trawlers for Cross River Shipping Lines<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Cross River<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nSummary<\/strong><br \/>\nHis Excellency, Senator (Prof.) Ben Ayade, Governor of Cross River State, has approved the procurement of a merchant\/cargo vessels and fishing trawlers for Cross River Shipping Lines with a view to opening international maritime trade in the State, Accordingly, Cross River State Ministry of Finance calls for invitation from qualified consultant(s) to act as Transaction Adviser throughout the process of the procurement of the merchant\/cargo vessels and fishing trawlers for Cross River Shipping Lines.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nTechnical Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The consultant(s)\/firm would be the one to provide necessary technical and financial advice throughout the process of the procurement.<\/li>\n<li>The firm must have experience in the procurement of a ship<\/li>\n<li>The firm must have experience in the consummation of international business deals<\/li>\n<li>The firm must show evidence of competence in the management, maintenance and operation of a ship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Documents Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nTo be eligible for consideration, the interested firms must provide the following details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of Registration with the Cross River State Due Process and Price Intelligence Bureau.<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of Firms Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of firms experiences on Similar Services executed in the past.<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificates for the past three (3) years.<\/li>\n<li>A full Technical Bid<\/li>\n<li>Any other Relevant Information that may enhance your firms qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Consultant &#8211; Transaction Adviser, Procurement of Aircraft for Cross River Airlines (The State Carrier)<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>Cross River<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nSummary<\/strong><br \/>\nHis Excellency, Senator (Prof.) Ben Ayade, Governor of Cross River State, has approved the procurement of an aircraft for Cross River Airlines with a view to drive traffic for tourism and commerce in the State.
