We do not sell cars directly but rather offer a state of the art advertising medium for users to buy and sell their cars, 4WDs, vans, bikes and trucks and other vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Manager <\/strong><strong><br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be engaged in customer facing activities, be responsible for the accuracy of the proposed solution, and lead the overall aspects of the sale.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver effective proposals, and negotiate contracts to capture profitable new business.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proposals, objectives, and deliverables maximize operating profit and revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Build real and lasting relationships with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new areas of opportunity and negotiate sales for mutual benefit.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Customer Service and Project Management teams in guiding secured new business and projects to successful completion.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise between the Customer and the Organization.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure an ongoing dialogue of effective communication so as to adhere to the collective business goals relating to any new Contract manufacturing business.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize large deal targets and determine the quality and the alignment within the segment strategy and strengths.<\/li>\n<li>Create and execute successful penetration plans.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Customer Services Manager in establishing and reporting KPI\u2019s associated with the Customer needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement\/Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 &#8211; 15 years experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work quickly under pressure, and to deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>The initiative to work on your own and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>A willingness to work on a variety of tasks.<\/li>\n<li>A reasonable level of fitness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree Sales\/ Business Development or any related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400K &#8211; 600K per month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Chief Operations Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth<\/li>\n<li>Establish policies that promote company culture and vision<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics<\/li>\n<li>Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance<\/li>\n<li>Assist CEO in fundraising ventures<\/li>\n<li>Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with partners\/vendors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as COO or relevant role<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development<\/li>\n<li>Experience in fundraising will be a plus<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of data analysis and performance\/operation metrics<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of IT\/Business infrastructure and MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Should have an M.Sc\/MBA<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 15 years experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Software Developer (PHP)<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing current systems<\/li>\n<li>Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with analysts, designers and staff<\/li>\n<li>Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes<\/li>\n<li>Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of training manuals for users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skill Set\/ Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in Computer Science or any related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years experience in software development preferably in marketplace organizations<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in current computer hardware and software<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use one or more development language (C++, PHP, HTML, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team<\/li>\n<li>Eye for detail and identifying problems<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accountant <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute all accounting transactions and effect the necessary reconciliation of outstanding transactions;<\/li>\n<li>Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.<\/li>\n<li>Documents financial transactions by entering account information.<\/li>\n<li>Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the development of financial procedures and model documents, including check lists, for all of the essential financial activities;<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of relevant accounting regulations and ensure updating of existing instruction processes and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Summarizes current financial status by collecting information;
