ACDI\/VOCA currently has approximately 34 projects in 26 countries and revenues of approximately $174 million.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\nId: 4406<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently seeking Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist candidates for an upcoming USAID funded, multi-year agricultural competitiveness program in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>The purpose of this activity is to strengthen agriculture productivity and profitability of smallholder farmers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages monitoring and evaluation (M&amp;E) of the program and the M&amp;E staff.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the collection, input, analysis, and dissemination of accurate data in order to monitor and evaluate the impact of the project\u2019s activities on its beneficiaries.<\/li>\n<li>Guides the technical direction of the M&amp;E approach and strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all communication and reporting needs for the program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Master&#8217;s Degree in Evaluation, Social Sciences, or related field is required.<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years of professional work experience in M&amp;E with emphasis on developing, implementing, and managing M&amp;E systems for large-scale development projects.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of professional work experience in M&amp;E systems for rural\/agriculture and market systems development.<\/li>\n<li>Specialized Knowledge\/Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Incumbent should have demonstrated advanced Information and Communications Technology (ICT) skills.
