The organization presently works in about six states of Nigeria covering four geopolitical zones.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Household Economic Strengthening Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Kogi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The HES officer will be responsible for conducting household vulnerability assessments for economic support, lead all training related to HES; attend the HES community of practice meeting; lead the private sector linkages and other forms of engagement with relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>The HES officer will be responsible for developing and implementing activities under EDFHOs microcredit scheme.<\/li>\n<li>Attend core trainings and ensure information is disseminated and use in the field. Relate and report to the project coordinator and sub report to program manager on issues regarding household economic strengthening.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The desired candidate would be a graduate of Economics, Cooperative and rural development, Business administration, or related field. Practical experience and other qualifications will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Kogi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brief Position Description\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\/He will be responsible to Project Manager, and also sub report to EDFHO\u2019s national M&amp;E unit, coordinate household enrolment to establish a baseline for projects, design M&amp;E work plan, collate, update and maintain all data obtain from field work into a database, keep record of all source document for verification of project accomplishment.<\/li>\n<li>The M&amp;E Officer shall liaise to provide support in mentoring, coaching and training of all LGA monitoring and evaluation focal persons, training community volunteers on data management.<\/li>\n<li>S\/He will hold a Degree in Statistics or Data related qualifications with at least two years experience in similar capacity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Programme Officer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Ondo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible to Executive Director, under the supervision of the National Project Manager.<\/li>\n<li>The program officer coordinates and leads the process of the design of strategies for the effective implementation of activities of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She shall have overall responsibility for coordinating the day to day operation of the state office.<\/li>\n<li>The program officer will work closely with other department and staff both in and outside the state in the discharge of his or her responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Specifically health and social issues include but not limited to agricultural related issues, poverty alleviation, anti-corruption, governance and democracy issues, demand creation for services etc. and other projects that may be assign by the program manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/She must be able to communicate well in both Yoruba and English languages, He\/She will hold a degree in Social Sciences or related field with relevant years of experience in social work.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants MUST be computer literate and able to use basic computer packages effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Nutrition Officer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Kogi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\/He will be responsible for identifying priority issues on nutrition within EDFHO\u2019s project areas; train community care coordinators, volunteers, and care givers on providing adequate nutrition to their children base on locally available food sources.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct nutritional baseline assessment for children, mentor and monitor programs with reference to nutrition.<\/li>\n<li>Lead all training relating to Nutrition, attend the Nutrition community of practice meeting, lead the private sector linkages and attend core training on Nutrition and ensure information is disseminated and used in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Relate with EDFHO\u2019s technical team on issues regarding Nutrition in EDFHO project areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\/He must have a nursing degree\/background, food &amp;
