At Ericsson, we apply our innovation to market-based solutions that empower people &amp; society to help shape a more sustainable world.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following vacant positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: ADM Delivery Manager<\/strong><br \/>\nReq ID: 174797<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><br \/>\nThis role is responsible for managing the ADM business development, demand and delivery towards customer, which would involve funnel generation of ADM Change Requests\/customer demand, forecasting, design, developing and delivering technical solutions for the customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the market and sales organization as an expert in the solution portfolio for preparing project plans including all knowledge areas of project management, like scope, time, cost, communication management. This includes<\/li>\n<li>To produce high level and low level project plans to meet customer requirements<\/li>\n<li>To take ownership of the managing the Application development and maintenance delivery<\/li>\n<li>Together with the Solution Architect, prepare and own time and cost estimation<\/li>\n<li>Drill down the scope into tasks and provide effort estimates along with Solution Architect<\/li>\n<li>Ensure profitable ADM business \/ delivery and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with all required stakeholders like Account team, IT&amp;C project delivery team, customer support and managed service, for successful ADM delivery towards customers<\/li>\n<li>Managing customer interface, expectations and escalations<\/li>\n<li>Managing project delivery resources across geographical boundaries in a virtual team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nEducation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.E., B.Tech, Engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate should have 9 or more years of project \/ delivery management experience, including hands on experience in development and\/or deployment \/ integration activities for telecom solutions like Multi-mediation, billing applications, middle-ware, provisioning, pre-paid charging etc.<\/li>\n<li>Good to have prior experience in JAVA, GSM \/ IN call flow, INAP \/ CAMEL, UNIX \/ Solaris, Oracle \/ any other Database, and Software Development Life cycle and tools used at various steps of project life cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Essentials for the Role:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Management experience managing System Integration projects<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skills and Telecom\/System Integration business knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Hands on delivery experience<\/li>\n<li>Customer facing experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Team Spirit, co-operative with mentoring capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Open for travel to various countries in Sub-Saharan Africa<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should have good understanding of Telecom Network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.ericsson.com\/job\/Lagos-ADM-Delivery-Manager-LA\/391316700\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Subject Matter Expert Operations Assurance <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To secure delivery for the functions of onsite MSIP Operations Assurance within the Customer Hub structure as per Managed Services contract.<\/li>\n<li>This role is a blend of Technical and Management responsibilities for the Customer Hub structure IN Managed Service contract. The role reports to Managed Service Operations Assurance Head for the group and accountable for end to end Operations activities, Performance Management and Customer interfacing for the Hub.
