We handle all phases of building construction from renovations to new construction, and are committed to excellent quality construction and timely delivery of projects within budget.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Site Engineer\/ Architect<\/strong><strong><br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>The primary assignment of the successful candidate will be to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise day to day work on a construction site.<\/li>\n<li>Carryout quality control activities on the project construction site(s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualification: HND, B.Sc or M.Sc in Civil Engineering or Architecture<\/li>\n<li>Experience:Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience supervising building projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Store Keeper<\/strong><strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities will Include<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and regularly update the inventory of the company equipment, tools, and materials, as the movement<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present regular update<\/li>\n<li>Acts as custodian of company equipment, tools, and materials<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the proper storage of the company property at the company\u2019s yard and construction sites<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with site store keepers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements <\/strong><br \/>\nQualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND qualification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He must be computer literate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Logistics Manager<\/strong><strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful candidate will be in charge of Logistics Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Responsibilities will Include<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring proper maintenance of the company equipment and vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the prompt supply of equipment to the construction sites and retrievals<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that proper records are kept of equipment, and vehicles, and tools as well as their movement<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the activities of the equipment maintenance supervisor, storekeeper, mechanics, drivers, operators, and other staff under him.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the proper storage of equipment and materials at the company\u2019s yard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Mechanic<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\nReporting to: The Logistics Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintenance of the company&#8217;s equipment; these include concrete mixers, cranes, concrete pumps, heavy-duty diesel vehicles, scaffolding, and sundry construction equipment.<\/li>\n<li>He will schedule and implement preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment.<\/li>\n<li>He will keep maintenance records of each equipment<\/li>\n<li>He must be technically sound and capable of executing major repairs on heavy diesel engine equipment himself<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date:\u00a0<\/strong>8th March, 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application <\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to: <a href=\"mailto:david.omojuwa@ospacesltd.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>david.omojuwa@ospacesltd.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since inception in 1991, O&#8217;Spaces Nigeria Limited has delivered numerous public, industrial, commercial, and residential projects meeting the needs of our clients.
