The Programme<\/p>\n

KCA DEUTAG’s Graduate Development Programme, includes a combination of job-based development via operational field tours and functional project assignments, supported by a structured programme of theoretical learning and training. An outline of the programme is detailed below.<\/p>\n

The field-based operational assignments will be rotational 4 or 5-week tours working on any of KCA DEUTAG’s worldwide rig operations:<\/p>\n

on land rigs in the deserts of the Middle East or North Africa, the jungles of West Africa or on remote Arctic-based operations in Western Siberia;<\/p>\n

on offshore-based tender barges, or jack-ups in Angola, across the Far East or the Gulf of Mexico;<\/p>\n

on platforms offshore in the North Sea, Caspian or offshore Sakhalin Island.<\/p>\n

Functional project assignments will be based in both our head office in Aberdeen, Scotland and in any of our operational support offices worldwide.<\/p>\n

Our programme is fully supported by our senior management team. Each graduate will be assigned a personal mentor who will work on a 1:1 basis to review and to support each individual’s personal and professional development needs throughout the programme.<\/p>\n
