{"id":36347,"date":"2017-03-31T09:58:53","date_gmt":"2017-03-31T08:58:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=36347"},"modified":"2017-03-31T10:07:42","modified_gmt":"2017-03-31T09:07:42","slug":"zintex-oil-gas-limited-graduate-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/zintex-oil-gas-limited-graduate-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Zintex Oil &#038; Gas Limited Graduate Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zintex Oil &amp; Gas Limited, we deliver quality services and products to the petroleum industry through thoroughly trained professionals, equipped with the right tools necessary to succeed.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Care Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer care executive acts as a liaison between customers and the company.<\/li>\n<li>Pass information on services\/products and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with efficiency and accuracy and other enquiries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage\/develop relationships with existing and new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Meet clients\u2019 needs by ensuring satisfaction, resulting in profits for the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop and deliver presentations and proposals on behalf of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Be a major participant in driving the organization\u2019s Vision and Mission.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development and driving of business development initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.<\/li>\n<li>Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.<\/li>\n<li>Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Handle changes in policies or renewals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc\/HND in any field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent business awareness skills: Ability to understand implications of business decision.<\/li>\n<li>Displays orientation to profitability and able to align work with strategic goals.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills: Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive\/negative situations; listen and get clarification.<\/li>\n<li>Respond well to customer queries; Able to establish and cultivate relationships with company clients.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation and proposal development skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver presentations in front of varying audiences if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under less or no supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date:\u00a0<\/strong>5th May, 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their applications and CV&#8217;s to: <a href=\"mailto:hrm@zintexgroup.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>hrm@zintexgroup.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zintex Oil &amp; Gas Limited, we deliver quality services and products to the petroleum industry through thoroughly trained professionals, equipped with the right tools necessary to succeed.
