As such, Babelos deals at one end with linguists who are specialists in their languages, and at the other end with anyone who has material to translate\/localize.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Company Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Admin will interface between linguists and clients and ensure proper and timely delivery of all tasks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Roles<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive task emails and receive tasks on portals<\/li>\n<li>Read and understand tasks<\/li>\n<li>Prepare task emails for linguists<\/li>\n<li>Include necessary attachments<\/li>\n<li>Make email language simple and explanatory enough for linguists<\/li>\n<li>Send out tasks to linguists within 30 minutes of receipt<\/li>\n<li>Update all tasks and task details on Babelos portal<\/li>\n<li>Respond to any linguist queries asap<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work at a basic level with all translation tools is required to be able to check on issues<\/li>\n<li>Check up on linguists at 50% and 90% of project deadline<\/li>\n<li>Receive linguist replies<\/li>\n<li>Check replies, returned files to ensure they are proper (formats, instructions followed)<\/li>\n<li>Run the task designated linguistic quality checks<\/li>\n<li>Return to linguists for fix if improper<\/li>\n<li>Make fixes if possible and required to meet deadline<\/li>\n<li>Reply to clients with proper files\/responses \u2013 email or portal<\/li>\n<li>Upload necessary files back to client<\/li>\n<li>Handle any feed backs from client on completed tasks with urgency<\/li>\n<li>Understand raised issues and required fixes<\/li>\n<li>Send to linguists in easy to understand format<\/li>\n<li>Follow up for linguist response<\/li>\n<li>In cases where fix is possible by self, proceed to fix if this helps meet deadline<\/li>\n<li>Make posts as scheduled on Company pages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Applicant Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to supervise others<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude for working with computers<\/li>\n<li>Good organisational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must reside in Lagos (preferably within the Lekki\/Ajah
