{"id":364,"date":"2009-09-29T00:23:53","date_gmt":"2009-09-28T23:23:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=364"},"modified":"2010-10-17T14:09:12","modified_gmt":"2010-10-17T13:09:12","slug":"senior-commissioning-manager-adexen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/senior-commissioning-manager-adexen.html","title":{"rendered":"Senior Commissioning Manager: Adexen Nigeria Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-318\" title=\"adexen\" src=\"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/adexen.png\" alt=\"adexen\" width=\"125\" height=\"104\" \/>Our client is a leading Electromechanical Engineering &amp; Construction company specialized in the design and implementation of major construction and maintenance projects in the commercial and industrial sectors.<\/p>\n<p>They are looking for a <strong>Senior Commissioning Manager<\/strong>.\u00a0The Senior Commissioning Manager will have the responsibilities of the commissioning, operation and maintenance of plant &amp; equipment on new oil &amp; gas projects.<\/p>\n<p>The position is based in Port Harcourt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced in the commissioning, operation and maintenance of plant &amp; equipment on new oil &amp; gas projects.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar in inspection and acceptance on behalf of client of instrumentation, plant and equipment associated with both sweet and sour oil\/gas process facilities. Attendance of FAT and SAT on behalf of company\/client and sign off of acceptance documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and motivate workforce to a high degree of safety and efficiency. Able to communicate effectively within a team and individually to other key personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and control of Safe Systems of Work (Permit to Work) in the SIMOPS, construction and operations environments at a high level of responsibility. Familiar with Hazard and Risk Analysis techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, Organize and Execute shutdown activities for Gas Plant.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and issue reports within a corporate reporting system.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare documents associated with the start up, operation and maintenance of plant and equipment. Training documentation for national personnel. Hand-over documents for exchange of facilities from vendor to client.<\/li>\n<li>Commission, operate and maintain Instrumentation and control systems inclusive of complex control systems associated with gas turbines and compressors inclusive of Control Room operations<\/li>\n<li>Train and assess for competence of national employees to for Client, to enable nationalization of workforce.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible in the approach to changing working practices expected within modern industry.
