{"id":36420,"date":"2017-03-15T09:29:21","date_gmt":"2017-03-15T08:29:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=36420"},"modified":"2017-03-15T09:29:21","modified_gmt":"2017-03-15T08:29:21","slug":"chattel-realty-investment-limited-recruitment-4-positions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/chattel-realty-investment-limited-recruitment-4-positions.html","title":{"rendered":"Chattel Realty And Investment Limited Recruitment [4 Positions]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chattel Realty and Investment Company limited is an innovative real estate development company that engages in the development of master-planned housing estates.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following vacant positions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: <\/strong><strong>Sales Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive direct sales to the company via marketing of company lands and properties, also promoting the companies goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Provide buyers with details of properties \/ lands that fit their requirements in terms of price, size and location.<\/li>\n<li>Provide cooperate sales and marketing to organizations, firms, churches, government agencies and other related bodies as directed by the management.<\/li>\n<li>Contact prospective clients on new offers that directly match their interest.<\/li>\n<li>To market and sell an agreed monthly\/annual target to increase year on year.<\/li>\n<li>To meet all financial targets laid down by the Chief Executive and Business Development Manager.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that monthly sales targets are met on or before the end of each month.<\/li>\n<li>To report directly to the Head of Marketing on all sells and marketing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Requirements Interested candidate Must have a Degree in any field<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 3 years&#8217; experience in marketing and sales.<\/li>\n<li>Must be goal oriented and self-motivated.<\/li>\n<li>Must be proactive and diligent in service.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a personal network of contacts.<\/li>\n<li>Must be stylish in dressing.<\/li>\n<li>Must be experienced in the real estate sector.<\/li>\n<li>Must be ready to work under pressure, drive sales and meet weekly\/monthly sales target.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a strong leadership culture and deep sense of creativity.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player and well as a team leader.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be residing in Ikeja and its Environs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: <\/strong><strong>Quantity Surveyor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must possess a B.Sc\/HND in Quantity Surveying.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years&#8217; cognate experience in the consulting or contracting environment.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft office tools and familiar with Microsoft Project software.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be residing in Ikeja and its Environs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Estate Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in Estate Management or Urban and Regional Planning from a reputable tertiary institution with not less than 2 years experience.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be residing in Ikeja and its Environs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Architect<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nRequirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Design Degree(s), HND, B.Sc, B.
