Governmental Organizations implementing programs for improving Reproductive Health and\u00a0 Family planning (RH\/FP), Care and Treatment of HIV\/AIDS, Tuberculosis (TB) and Malaria etc. We offer professional opportunities for career advancement, good working environment and competitive remuneration.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: System Support Accountant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Abuja<br \/>\nReports to: The Director of Finance and Administration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nSystem Support Duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in designing, installing, implementing and maintaining adequate accounting and internal control systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Centralized Accounting System (CAS) is always up and running.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the periodic closure of accounting books.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all implementing entities in the CAS post their transactions as at when due including interfacing with SRs.<\/li>\n<li>Timely resolution of issues\/queries arising from the use of the CAS both at the PR and SR level.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the periodic consolidation of organization accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the Centralized Accounting System consultant on a regular basis to ensure deliverables are achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in accounting, finance or other relevant field plus any of the following professional accounting certification: ACA or ACCA or CPA.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years\u2019 experience in grant management in a dynamic &amp; multi-cultural international NGO setting with excellent accounting and auditing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Global Fund and other international donor rules and regulations as related to contracts and cooperative agreements is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills in Ms Office Excel, word and Power-point and accounting software &#8211; QuickBooks, SAP etc are highly essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date:\u00a0<\/strong>21st March, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sub Recipients (SR) Accountant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Abuja<br \/>\nReports to: The Director of Finance and Administration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nSR Support Duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with ARFH program and other finance teams, and sub-recipients (SRs) to ensure smooth operation and effective grant\u2019s fund management.<\/li>\n<li>Support in preparation\/review of the fund request by the SRs to ensure reasonability and compliance with approved budgets<\/li>\n<li>Review retirement documents and follow up all outstanding advances with SR staff and partners, to ensure timely and proper retirements.<\/li>\n<li>Review SRs monthly transactions including cash book and bank reconciliation, and variance analysis report.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate and timely address of auditors\u2019 findings and recommendations appropriately and timely.<\/li>\n<li>Provide continuous technical assistance and training to sub-recipients on grant implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of donor periodic reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in accounting, finance or other relevant field plus any of the following professional accounting certification: ACA or ACCA or CPA.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years\u2019 experience in grant management in a dynamic &amp; NTBLCP (TB Grant)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Abuja<br \/>\nReporting to: ARFH Director of Finance and Admin as well as the National Coordinator (NTBLCP)<br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/She collaborates with the program staff and Global Fund Fiduciary Agent to ensure effective financial support, grants management and budgeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support in the preparation of budget and cash flow for programme implementation and prepare the budget tracking analysis, determining variance analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the NTBLCP finance staff in preparation of vouchers, cheques and receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal control processes, adherence to donor financial regulations and that all expenses are within approved project budget lines.<\/li>\n<li>Provide quality control checks ensuring that all valid financial transactions are entered into the accounting systems.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare accurate, regular and timely financial reports for submission to ARFH and the donor, using the office QuickBooks accounting software.<\/li>\n<li>Review the retirements of advances of staff for training, M&amp;E etc. on the financial reports to ensure that financial reports; are timely with valid documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with all outstanding advances to staff and project partners. to ensure timely and proper retirements,<\/li>\n<li>Support in managing all project assets and stock items, ensuring satisfactory level of accountability and internal control at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for audit processes both internal and external for NTBLCP and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain working relationship with banks to ensure timely banking transactions,<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with program team, Global Fund Fiduciary agent and support other staff including mentoring for effective operation of ARFH and project activities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationship with external auditors, suppliers, banks etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of HND\/ B.SC degree in Accounting and ACA\/ACCA\/CPA.<\/li>\n<li>Must also have at least six years working experience with non Governmental organizations, with skills in QuickBooks, Microsoft excel, words and power-point.<\/li>\n<li>A good knowledge of internal control systems, financial audit processes, grant management systems and accounting procedures for Global Fund projects is essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date:\u00a0<\/strong>21st March, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer &#8211; TB<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Abuja<br \/>\nReporting to: the Program Coordinator (TB) and the Monitoring &amp; Evaluation Coordinator.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical support and oversight on monitoring and evaluation of the TB project<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities are in line with the project&#8217;s implementation plan and meets the donor and project&#8217;s M&amp;E needs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to state officers in ensuring that programmatic data\/indicators are accurately captured, and reported according to set guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Represent and make appropriate presentations to stakeholders at various fora on program achievements and deliverables and other M&amp;E activities<\/li>\n<li>Support the development and design of the M&amp;E framework, tools and project M&amp;E plans, guidelines and ensure efficient data management processes<\/li>\n<li>Provide continuous technical lead to project team on data management and regularly analyze state data, highlight important programmatic gaps and coordinate with program management and others in addressing these gaps.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct routine monitoring and supportive supervisory visits to project sites, including the conduct of data verification and validation and data quality assessments (DQAs) using standard checklists<\/li>\n<li>Ensure regular maintenance of database\/information system, project&#8217;s training database and programmatic progress updates that documents achievements on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>Support monitoring activities to project sites, collation\/analysis of monitoring reports for program feedback and decision making<\/li>\n<li>Conduct operational research activities and participate in project assessments, evaluations and design teams as applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the preparation\/production of project reports, journal publications, proposal writing and assessment reports, human success stories and quarterly fact sheets.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to the project, NTBLCP and other Government of Nigeria entities in the conduct of surveys for TB programs, including development of survey instruments, survey implementation, data analysis and report writing under the guidance of the M&amp;E coordinator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must have a University Degree in any of the following related field: Medicine, Pharmacy, Statistics, Demography and Public Health.<\/li>\n<li>A Master&#8217;s Degree in public health will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years&#8217;
