Development, fragrance and flavours distribution.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Location<\/b>: Lagos<br \/>\n<b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage day-to-day operations of Human Resources<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for recruiting and staffing logistics, job analysis and evaluation, and ensures completion of all appropriate paperwork for new staff<\/li>\n<li>Ensures staff records are maintained and up-to-date.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with employee orientation, development and training.<\/li>\n<li>Record office expenditure and manage administrative budget<\/li>\n<li>Identify or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring new opportunities<\/li>\n<li>To undertake such other duties as required and commensurate with the grade and title of the job<\/li>\n<li>Prepares documentation such as proposals, employment letters, termination\/disengagement letters, staff data forms, internal memos, staff requisition, leave requests forms, management agreement contracts, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification &amp; Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate should possess a Degree in relevant discipline from a reorganized University.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years HR experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Clerk<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b> Lagos<br \/>\n<b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcoming Customers and finding out what they need.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend, select and help locate the right Product<\/li>\n<li>Describes product&#8217;s features and benefits<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate use and operation of the product<\/li>\n<li>Answer customer queries regarding the store and the Products<\/li>\n<li>Make suggestions and encourage purchase of products<\/li>\n<li>Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of Products and delivery options<\/li>\n<li>Place special orders<\/li>\n<li>Stay current with sales prices<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and display Products<\/li>\n<li>Keep product area tidy<\/li>\n<li>Receive and process cash, cheque and\/credit payments<\/li>\n<li>Maintain sales records<\/li>\n<li>Take stock inventory<\/li>\n<li>Requisition of new stock<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND in any Executive<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation: <\/b>Lagos<b><br \/>\nJob Description <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selling of all types of Security devices eg CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control etc .<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;<\/li>\n<li>Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;<\/li>\n<li>Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets;<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;<\/li>\n<li>Gathering market and customer information;<\/li>\n<li>Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and office, or entering figures into a computer system.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;<\/li>\n<li>Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.<\/li>\n<li>Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in any discipline from a recorgnized University.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 Sales experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Internal Control Officer<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation: <\/b>Lagos<b><br \/>\nJob Description <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To plan, organize and carry out the internal control function including the preparation of an audit manual, audit plan, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participates in the development of Internal Control policies ensuring that they are relevant to Mikado Business environment.<\/li>\n<li>To conduct Internal Control Audit<\/li>\n<li>Conduct risk assessment of departments\/functional areas in accordance with timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct audit testing of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement appropriate operating procedures to ensure compliance with Mikado Policies.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and provide advice to management to minimize risk resulting from poor internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Identify areas of financial and administrative strengths, weaknesses and to develop best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on audit plan to ensure that all action items are resolved before the next annual audit.<\/li>\n<li>Provide management with periodic reports on compliance with Mikado Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training to staffs on Internal Controls<\/li>\n<li>To carryout Market Price Survey and Expense Audit.<\/li>\n<li>To conduct Staff Salaries Audit.<\/li>\n<li>Review the responses to internal and external audit queries to ensure that recommendations are implemented.<\/li>\n<li>To conduct reviews or tasks requested by Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in Accounting or its equivalent from a recorganised University.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in same position.<\/li>\n<li>Membership of any relevant Professional body is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job
