Nampak operates from 28 sites in South Africa, contributing approximately 49% to trading profit, 13 sites in the rest of Africa, contributing 52% to trading profit, as well as 10 sites in the United Kingdom, contributing 5% to trading profit.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Engineering\/Projects &amp; Services Manager (Management Executive Cadre)<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Lagos<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s and Master&#8217;s Degrees in Mechanical Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>With sound experience of about 15 years in Projects, Plant Services &amp; Engineering Management in a Standard Manufacturing Organization<\/li>\n<li>Should be on a Management Executive Level reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the Organization.<\/li>\n<li>Professional Membership in Engineering is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Electrical experience will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong leadership, Management and Organizational Skills are essentiai with a high level of determaration and enthusiasm in driving Projects to ensure on-time-in-full deliveries to effectively manage a Department.<\/li>\n<li>Must be Computer literate, hardworking and willing to work under pressure in addition to being a Team Leader.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a strong background\/qualitication in Project Management and should be able to dove a Project from inception to handover using MS Projects.<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience in managing a drverse focus in Engineerrng, Plant Sconce\u2019s, Electrical, Tool Care &amp; Drawing OffIce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation: <\/b>Lagos<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Qualification in Lean\/Six Sigma is required while Logistics\/Supply Chain experience will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience in facility layout design using AutoCAD and have proven design &amp; implementation examples in portfolio with an understanding in World Class Manufacturing: CCI, MDW or 20 Keys Programs.<\/li>\n<li>Must have working experience of running and implementing continuous improvement Protects or Programs with provision of practical examples as a reference.<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong Project Management Skills which are results and deadline driven with assumed overall accountability for continuous improvement Project Identification, prioritization &amp; selection while tracking Project results, monitoring Project progress and reporting on progress toward Business Objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent Communication, strong Leadership and interpersonal Skills including excellent Presentation &amp; Reporting Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be energetic, Self-Motivated with good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.<\/li>\n<li>7 years working experience in a Standard Manufacturing Organization.<\/li>\n<li>Must be Computer literate, hardworking and willing to work under pressure in addition to being a Team Leader.<\/li>\n<li>Must have Project Management experience to roll out and implement Stakeholder Management, Practical Interaction with the Team and Change Management.<\/li>\n<li>Must have Technical Knowledge and expertise around Material handling and Packaging design and interaction with a Design Resource<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><strong>Job Title: Printers and Coating Operator<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Lagos<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Metal Decoration trained Printer\/Coating Operators (Coater) with minimum qualification in West African School Certificate and\/or Diploma in Printing Technology.<\/li>\n<li>With experience in Metal Printing preferably on Double Colour Presses.<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to print and coat high quality jobs without supervision on preferably Double Colour Metal Decorating Presses and High Speed Confers.<\/li>\n<li>Must have multi skilled Lithographic experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must be quality conscious.<\/li>\n<li>5 years working experience in a Metal Packaging Manufacturing Organization or related industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their application letters and CV&#8217;s to:<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Head, Human Resources\/Admin,<br \/>\nNampak Nigeria Limited,<br \/>\n3 &#8211; 7 Metal Box Road,<br \/>\nOgba,<br \/>\nLagos State.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Or<\/p>\n<p><strong>Email: mail.nigeria@nampak.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline: <\/b>4th April, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nampak is Africa\u2019s leading diversified packaging manufacturer, and has been listed on the JSE Limited (Johannesburg Stock Exchange) for 47 years.
