We seriously deploy our expertise in ensuring we recruit and select right candidate for our clients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting on behalf of our clients in various sectors, to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Human Capital Management<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive HR Strategies within the company<\/li>\n<li>Achieve and maintain an enabling work environment and organizational excellence Overseeing and coordinating all Human Resources duties<\/li>\n<li>Partner with senior and middle level managers in strategy conceptualization, formulation and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver administrative efficiency to ensure that costs are reduced while quality is maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a champion for employees, vigorously representing their concerns to senior management Establish systems that will increase employees&#8217; contribution, that is employees&#8217; commitment to the organization and their ability to deliver<\/li>\n<li>An agent of continuous transformation, shaping processes and developing a culture that together improve the organization\u2019s capacity for change<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper administration of staff appraisal annually and make recommendations on such to the Group Head<\/li>\n<li>An advisor\/counselor\/consultant to CEO and senior management on Human Resource matters<\/li>\n<li>Set guidelines for HRM policy review and the department&#8217;s planning process. Performance Standard and Appraisal and promotion Staff welfare, staff discipline<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and drive HR policy formulation and implementation Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for the company<\/li>\n<li>Ensure staff are provided with effective training to upgrade their skills and competence and developed along career paths in line with individual and corporate objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills \/ Competence Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Required knowledge, skills and abilities<\/li>\n<li>Basic Insurance Operations\/Products Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Personnel\/Welfare\/Admin Total Quality Management<\/li>\n<li>Performance Management<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills Computer appreciation \/ data entry (word- processing\/Spreadsheet\/graphics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Generic Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpersonal Skills<\/li>\n<li>Oral &amp; Written Communication<\/li>\n<li>Customer service Supervisory Skills<\/li>\n<li>General administration<\/li>\n<li>Conflict management<\/li>\n<li>Team building<\/li>\n<li>Organization &amp; coordination<\/li>\n<li>Emotionally Intelligence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in a Social Science or related discipline, Masters degree added advantage.
