The ideal candidate must have\u00a0B.Sc Computer Science or related discipline from a reputable institution.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"More...\" src=\"https:\/\/nigeriajoblist.com\/wp-includes\/js\/tinymce\/plugins\/wordpress\/img\/trans.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Adhere to and enforce all company and IS Policies and Standards<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the following application team outcomes:\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li>User security<\/li>\n<li>Application performance and resolution of slow performance issues<\/li>\n<li>Compliance to IS matrix<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and execute technical test during application upgrades and new deployments<\/li>\n<li>Documentation of IS applications<\/li>\n<li>Proactive maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Execute routine system functionalities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Direct problem investigation and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Organize and coordinate application teams\u2019 activities<\/li>\n<li>Provide up-to-date standby schedules and maintain accurate team leave schedules<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular team meetings to provide feedback and get input from staff members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>4 years experience which includes:<\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>At least 1 year practical experience as an application\u2019s team lead<\/li>\n<li>Application administration and development within the Telecommunications sector<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of:\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li>IS support processes<\/li>\n<li>Systems integration<\/li>\n<li>Project management<\/li>\n<li>Application construction<\/li>\n<li>Information, technology and application architecture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to typical Mobile Telecommunications applications with specialist expertise in more than one of the following functional areas:\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li>Billing systems (Corporate &amp; Retail Billing, Interconnect Billing)<\/li>\n<li>ERP systems (Distribution, Retail, Finance, Payroll, HR, Asset Management)<\/li>\n<li>GSM network interfacing applications (Provisioning, Pre-Paid management systems)<\/li>\n<li>Fraud Management Applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Human resource management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This offer expires on<strong> 1st October 2009<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Click hereto Apply through MTN official website<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MTN Nigeria recruits Applications Team Lead (ESS).
