No: <\/b>SESOK\/161<br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b> Sokoto, Edo, Plateau<br \/>\n<b>Job Summary<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Sales personnel will undertake a wide range of tasks including:\n<ul>\n<li>Selling of highly intelligent vehicle tracking solutions and speed limiter devices in their designated locations<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features of products to potential customers<\/li>\n<li>Developing and qualifying buyers;<\/li>\n<li>Closing sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with potential customers for new business deals<\/li>\n<li>Provide customers with quotations<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales<\/li>\n<li>Identify new markets and business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Record sales and send copies to the sales office<\/li>\n<li>Review own sales performance from time to time<\/li>\n<li>Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends<\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc\/HND in Marketing, Humanities, Social Sciences or any other related field<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must possess sufficient IT knowledge and should not be more than 28 years old<\/li>\n<li>Sales experience within a vehicular tracking, IT or logistics environment will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><br \/>\n<b>The ideal candidate must be: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resident in Sokoto State or its environs<\/li>\n<li>Charismatic, experienced and highly motivated for the job<\/li>\n<li>High calibre graduate with exceptional sales development skills and strategies to excel in a very competitive market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Benefits<\/b><br \/>\nThe role comes with competitive salaries, sales based commissions and other expected benefits associated with working with a long established and professional company.<\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><br \/>\n<b><\/b><strong>Job Title: Customer Services Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Job Reference: <\/b>CSR\/209<br \/>\n<b>Location: <\/b>Lagos<br \/>\n<b>Department:<\/b> Admin<br \/>\n<b>Job Summary<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acting as a liaison between customers and the company, the customer service personnel shall assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she will also be involved in the sales of highly intelligent vehicle tracking products and solutions and shall coordinate all sales, records and associated matter in the region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Primary Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media<\/li>\n<li>Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information<\/li>\n<li>Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling<\/li>\n<li>Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges<\/li>\n<li>Advise on company information<\/li>\n<li>Place or cancel orders<\/li>\n<li>Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes<\/li>\n<li>Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered<\/li>\n<li>Close out or open call records<\/li>\n<li>Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Log all queries properly and escalate possible complaints to the concerned teams using effective tools<\/li>\n<li>Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale<\/li>\n<li>Act as the company gatekeeper<\/li>\n<li>Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions<\/li>\n<li>Inform customer of deals and promotions<\/li>\n<li>Sell products and services<\/li>\n<li>Take all possible measures to timely resolve customer&#8217;s query and process them in accordance with our established procedures and policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications\/Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree\/HND in Marketing, Humanities or any other related Social Science field<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage time and stress and time manage<\/li>\n<li>Technical support expertise to handle customer complaints which requires prior computer handling skills<\/li>\n<li>Multi-task, maintain a high standard of service and quality<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Must be based in Lagos<\/li>\n<li>Interested candidates must also possess sales experienced with IT knowledge to sell our highly intelligent assets tracking products and services<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation &amp;
