{"id":36719,"date":"2017-04-03T09:41:05","date_gmt":"2017-04-03T08:41:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=36719"},"modified":"2017-04-03T09:41:05","modified_gmt":"2017-04-03T08:41:05","slug":"bleuapple-consulting-graduate-exp-recruitment-3-positions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/bleuapple-consulting-graduate-exp-recruitment-3-positions.html","title":{"rendered":"Bleuapple Consulting (Graduate &#038; Exp) Recruitment [3 Positions]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bleuapple Consulting is a company built on the right foundation of years of experience in multi-cultural environment with high business standard anchored on professionalism, Integrity and long business relationships to provide a range of HR, Training and Advisory services to our clients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following graduate and experienced positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Estate Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An exciting opportunity exists in an Estate Office for an Estate Administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nYour responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-ordination of Security Men and other Estate Workers<\/li>\n<li>Management of Estate Janitorial and other Services<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring Estate services such as Power Supply, Water Supply, etc. shall run efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the estate is kept clean via periodic road cleaning, gardening of common areas, clearing of un-developed plots of land, fumigation, de-silting of drainages and canals and the nurturing of plants, trees and other ornamental plants within common areas.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the integrity of the Estate Layout is maintained<\/li>\n<li>Running the Secretariat of the Estate by way of keeping records of occupancy of the Estate and correspondences with Residents and third parties<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of Estate Programmes, Initiatives, Projects<\/li>\n<li>Implementation and Enforcement of Estate Rules and Regulations<\/li>\n<li>Collection of Estate Levies, Dues and other revenues accruing to the Estate, keeping records and issuing receipts<\/li>\n<li>Producing periodic (Weekly, Monthly) Estate Reports on subjects such as Finance, Security, Sanitation, Maintenance, Infrastructure etc.<\/li>\n<li>Representing the Estate on matters related to the Estate. This shall require liaison with third parties at various locations within and outside the Estate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in Estate Management or Urban and Regional Planning or any relevant discipline from a reputable tertiary institution<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 3 experience as an estate administrator<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should reside around the lekki-Ajah axis<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of basic book-keeping<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accountant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An exciting opportunity exists in an Estate Office for an accountant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe requirements are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree\/HND in Accounting<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 years demonstrable experience in core accounting<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should reside around the lekki-Ajah axis<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of accounting principles and practices<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and organize efficiently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Brand Activation Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are you exceptional, highly motivated, creative and driven to make a difference? Then this is for you.<\/li>\n<li>In this role, you will provide strategic and practical advice to boost the Firm\u2019s marketing efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nYour responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive transformational brand solution ideas through leveraging and develop relevant content<\/li>\n<li>Ensure competitive perspectives and differentiated value propositions generated through market relevant insights.<\/li>\n<li>Use knowledge of the market and research to identify and develop unique experiential propositions and differentiators to the team.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and monitor brand events on a weekly tracking format and provide feedback in report to the project director.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for campaigns that will successfully lead to an increase in sales for client\u2019s brand.<\/li>\n<li>Report business trends with a view to developing new contents and marketing engagements to project director.<\/li>\n<li>Develop marketing plans to support brands with updates to the project director.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, coordinate and participate in brand events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other relevant disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in Brand Activation<\/li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to write, review and package proposals and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills &#8211;
