Job Title: Service Executives (SE)
\nLocation:<\/strong> Nigeria<\/p>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Attend to customers enquires promptly and efficiently<\/li>\n
- Taking deposit from customers and crediting their accounts respectively.<\/li>\n
- Collection and posting of dividend warrant<\/li>\n
- Processing of cheque lodgment for local and central clearing<\/li>\n
- Opening of Savings and Current Accounts<\/li>\n
- Calling of tellers transaction on daily basis<\/li>\n
- Posting of profit and loss account<\/li>\n
- Payment of cheques that meet mandate requirements<\/li>\n
- Receive all cheques of any amount, provide timely and courteous teller services<\/li>\n
- Obtain approval from head of tellers or appropriate authority for amount beyond own limit.<\/li>\n
- Monitor the cash-in-till balance and request for funds as required.<\/li>\n
- Perform other duties as assigned by head of tellers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Essential Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Open and close of teller batch for the day\u2019s operations.<\/li>\n
- Payment of cash and cheques withdrawal to customers.<\/li>\n
- Received of both cash and cheques deposit into customers accounts.<\/li>\n
- Register of all cash transactions in their respective registers and balance registers daily.<\/li>\n
- Posting all customers\u2019 transactions.<\/li>\n
- Check customer\u2019s balance and verify customer\u2019s signatures.<\/li>\n
- Ensure cash analyses are done on all cash transactions.<\/li>\n
- Call over of daily transactions.<\/li>\n
- Escalation of issues bothering on cash theft, lose, shortages\/ overages.<\/li>\n
- Carries out other tasks as assigned by the head of teller<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
