Fan Milk Nigeria is a well established and fast growing food processing industry offering wide range of products.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Regional Sales Manager<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Lagos<br \/>\n<b>Purpose<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop a team of Sales Officers and Customer Development Representatives with the purpose of influencing KPI Performance positively in order to achieve the Region\u2019s business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Principal Accountabilities<\/b><br \/>\n<b>(IPE Factors: Impact &amp; Innovation)<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the achievement of\u00a0 Volume\/revenue targets and other KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for developing existing customers and recruiting new ones.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring improvement in the numbers of active vendors in assigned Region.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring improvement in vendors daily sales.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure stock availability target is achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Report: Sends Weekly and Monthly Sales Report.<\/li>\n<li>Mapping: identify and determine the right number of customers, i.e. Exclusive Agents required per territory; Vendors territory gap\/coverage per territory; Event coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for coaching and the professional development of his\/her sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure understanding and execution of the commercial rules&amp; guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the channel, customer, and vendors expertise of his\/her team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure increase in the number of Sales Point.<\/li>\n<li>Constructively analyze and report competition activities.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Field Accompaniment with at least four SO \/ CDR per week.<\/li>\n<li>Identify Talent in the team and retain them.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that customers keep products at right quality temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure sales assets functionality &#8211; Bicycle,\u00a0 push cart, head box, freezers.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for price compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Drive and achieve Bicycles, Pushcarts and other sales asset utilization target.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of the systems, tools etc provided by Sales Capability Development Dept to develop your Sales Team and embed the way of working in them.<\/li>\n<li>Manage credit limits and debt to be within set target.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the aggregate of the KPIs of his\/her sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Drive and monitor performance evaluation and coaching of SO &amp; CDR.<\/li>\n<li>Identify the potentials of high performers and build on their strengths.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and evaluate training needs\/gaps of SO and CDR by conducting regular field accompaniment.<\/li>\n<li>Replace non-performers in the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Accountabilities: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure Region KPIs are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Drive a winning culture; lead coaching and coordinate weekly\/ monthly Regional meetings and ensure target understanding.<\/li>\n<li>POP Execution; conduct structured market visits and provide written feedback -reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Critical Qualifications\/Skills\/Experience<\/b><br \/>\n(IPE Factor: Knowledge)<br \/>\nThe Ideal Candidate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/She must be driven to keep the process moving, an outgoing and convincing personality, with a sense of urgency, who can communicate at all levels and persuade key stakeholders into the right course of action.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Results Driven.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Thinking and Proactive.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of first Degree in Business Admin, Marketing or other related discipline (2.2) or HND lower credit.
