{"id":36959,"date":"2017-04-13T15:35:13","date_gmt":"2017-04-13T14:35:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=36959"},"modified":"2017-04-13T15:35:13","modified_gmt":"2017-04-13T14:35:13","slug":"training-marketing-executive-job-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/training-marketing-executive-job-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"Training and Marketing Executive Job Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pedagogue 100 International is a well-established and reputable legal skills training company based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State and the company is looking to hire a Training and Marketing Executive.<\/p>\n<p>The role of the Training and Marketing Executive is to develop, promote and market a range of training events such as seminars, conferences, corporate on-boarding and corporate retreats; seeking opportunities to generate income through sponsorship, attendance, and commercial activities. The Training and Marketing Executive will also provide a high level of customer service, sales and training administration support by managing enquiries and event administration to meet client\u2019s training needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To investigate, collect and define the training needs within different corporate organizations<\/li>\n<li>To Support the Training Coordinator in developing the growth strategy plan with accurate market intelligence data so as to achieve the committed business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Provide sales support by managing and achieving conversion targets, enquires, opportunities and provisional bookings in line with business targets and objectives. This will include the identification of revenue opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Provision of regular management information reports and data as required to assist management to review performance against budget in line with processes and KPI\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as point of contact to effectively manage client relationships and to assist with the effective delivery of training services.<\/li>\n<li>Manage pre and post training preparation and logistics support with line management as required to deliver business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Finance\/accounting department to ensure Purchase Orders (PO) or payments are received for the training\/ training candidates and liaise with Finance\/Accounts Department for invoicing.<\/li>\n<li>Work on improvements for the training administration, training execution and training service in consultation with other relevant departments and offices and provide trainee feedback &amp; training material improvements to the quality department.<\/li>\n<li>To identify and book locations for the events, liaise with location management for booking, catering and logistical arrangements<\/li>\n<li>In charge of business development and the marketing and promotion of the events.<\/li>\n<li>Digital marketing<\/li>\n<li>Assist in management of the Company Brand with design, development and creative updates<\/li>\n<li>Assist in Conceptualizing, developing, producing and implementing messaging and design solutions that meet marketing strategies, brand requirements and creative expectations<\/li>\n<li>Assist in development, production, management and tracking of training and training materials for the company&#8217;s learning management systems<\/li>\n<li>Research, coordinate and schedule trainings with third party vendors<\/li>\n<li>To set up and manage the delegate booking arrangements as appropriate for each event, up to and including sending out invoices<\/li>\n<li>Manage the event on the day, including setting up, instructing external contractors and internal staff assistance<\/li>\n<li>Assist in procuring credible and experienced faculty<\/li>\n<li>Expand client base<\/li>\n<li>Researching markets to identify opportunities for events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates for this position must possess minimum of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have at least 2 years relevant and demonstrable previous experience in training coordination and training creation AND\/OR a marketing role<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be able to work independently and confidently<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have a driver\u2019s license and be mobile<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written English and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills, particularly in managing time and tasks<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate with at intermediate experience of the Microsoft suite of programs, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Social media savvy<\/li>\n<li>Must have digital marketing experience (digital marketing certification preferable)<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in managing data, spreadsheets and producing reports, KPIs and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of leading by example in delivering a high level of customer service individually and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method of Application <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified persons should apply for this job by emailing the following by 10<sup>th<\/sup> May 2017 to <a href=\"mailto:careers@pedagogue100.com\">careers@pedagogue100.com<\/a> :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>their CV, and<\/li>\n<li>a detailed Covering Letter stating why they are right for the position<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pedagogue 100 International is a well-established and reputable legal skills training company based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State and the company is looking to hire a Training and Marketing&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[46],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
