We provide a property rentals platform that helps Lagosians navigate the stressful, frustrating and unstructured Lagos property rental market.<\/p>\n<p>In order to push our continued level of success, we require talented and resourceful individuals fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Social Media Intern<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a zealous social media intern to assist the Marketing department of our company.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the company\u2019s social media strategy, working across key social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn to increase our social media presence and gain visibility for our brand among clients and candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social Media Community Management<\/li>\n<li>Setup and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company\u2019s social content<\/li>\n<li>Email Marketing and SEO<\/li>\n<li>Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community<\/li>\n<li>Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data\/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Awaiting NYSC\/ at least 6-months internship program applicants must study a relevant course<\/li>\n<li>An interest in marketing, communications, social media or reputation management;<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with key social media tools (e.g. Twitter and Facebook) and with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel);<\/li>\n<li>An entrepreneurial attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven written communication skills, and a passion for writing both short- and long-copy.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal communications skills.<\/li>\n<li>An ability to consistently demonstrate our values of insight, hard work, and effectiveness in your personal approach to work;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn;<\/li>\n<li>A proactive, service-focussed attitude towards clients and candidates and the teams you support internally;
