The carefully balanced combination of knowledge of the local conditions, the innovative approach to security issues and the working experience in partnership, enhances our capabilities to effectively manage projects<\/p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk Officer \/ Client Relation Executive<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using customer service tools to answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.<\/li>\n<li>Transmit information or documents to customers, using electronic mail, sms, phone call or social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Receive payment and record receipts for services.<\/li>\n<li>Process correspondence, training time-tables and other documents.<\/li>\n<li>Manage day-to-day clients and company&#8217;s social media accounts using advance digital management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate the customer service activities.<\/li>\n<li>To be fully conversant with all services, in order to give potential and existing customers accurate information in a professional and timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints and answer customers&#8217;
