Prixair group is dedicated to continuing its tradition of providing exceptional guest experiences.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\n<strong>Job Title: Quality Control Officer (Bakery)<\/strong> <b><br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Abuja<br \/>\n<b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures laid down objectives for quality control in accordance with approved recipe specifications and standard norms are strictly met.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the targets set for quality control pertaining to adherence and inspection are achieved or exceeded within the budget and on time.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors performance of all production process continuously and tracks performance of production floor.<\/li>\n<li>Works along with kitchen \/ product development function to ensure standardization of recipes across the manufacturing process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures maintenance of proper hygiene practices at the manufacturing stations (human \/ process \/ product interfaces).<\/li>\n<li>Checking the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and products as well as production procedures in a pastry company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies \u2013 Pastry<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years in the pastry\/bakery business<\/li>\n<li>Certification of quality control is a strong advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of HND in any relevant field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Baker<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/b>Abuja<b><br \/>\nTasks and Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and prepare pastries in accordance with the existent menus;<\/li>\n<li>Inspect the quality of the ingredients and measure them for specific recipes;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the kitchen equipment is in good conditions and meets all requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Decorate baked products according to requirements<\/li>\n<li>Cleans the equipment and utensils and maintains the kitchen clean and in good order for proper functioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in any relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience<\/li>\n<li>Most possess a high level of Management skill<\/li>\n<li>A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach<\/li>\n<li>Responsible and trustworthy<\/li>\n<li>Thorough Knowledge of Baking and pastry production and marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assistant Manager (Bakery)<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/b>Abuja<b><br \/>\nDetails<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Would coordinate activities with other outlets to ensure smooth and effective customer service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure products get to other outlets timely.<\/li>\n<li>Restock and reorder when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Possess high Leadership skills supervises and directs the kitchen staff; therefore good leading skills are essential for a proper collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Have Good customer service skills and also in charge of selling the baked goods, proper client interaction will increase the sales and create returning customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Most possess a high level of Managerial skill<\/li>\n<li>A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach<\/li>\n<li>Responsible and trustworthy<\/li>\n<li>Thorough Knowledge of Baking and pastry production and marketing<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in any relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years in the pastry\/bakery business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Cashier<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/b>Abuja<b><br \/>\nJob Duties and Tasks<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive payment by cash, check, debit cards.<\/li>\n<li>Issue receipts, refunds or change due to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.<\/li>\n<li>Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.<\/li>\n<li>Compute and record totals of transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.<\/li>\n<li>Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND with relevant years of experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to: <b>careers@louisvalentino.net<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prixair comprises of Prixair Hotels, Prixair Catering, Prixair Properties, Prixair Studio and Flames Restaurant.
