social development.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, 4G &amp; Home Broadband<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Nigeria<b><br \/>\nJob Description<\/b><br \/>\n<b>The role holder responsibilities will primarily be to:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spearhead the launch of 4G services in Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Grow market and revenue share in the lucrative Home Broadband and Home Content segment in Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Grow market share with launch of products related to IoT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Product &amp; Service Development and Launch:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Launch of 4G services in relevant and identified areas<\/li>\n<li>Launch of new products around 4G<\/li>\n<li>Launch of solutions for Home Broadband<\/li>\n<li>Launch of content-linked Home Broadband solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Vendor Management: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure new concepts derive incremental revenue<\/li>\n<li>Ensure ALL new concepts are implemented from ideation to Launch<\/li>\n<li>Directly manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensuring roll outs of products\/services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Support team with internal\/external stakeholder management: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify partnerships and opportunities with both external and internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Identify IoT opportunities in market space and launch services<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all revenue share, as deviant from organization\u2019s approved share is appropriately negotiated by the SCM team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Reporting: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide revenue reports on all managed services<\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze results of product and service launches and recommend optimizations as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Engage with Finance, Marketing (Business Intelligence, MARCOMMs, NPD), and IT functions to ensure all functions deliver on their specific areas of responsibility on 4G related project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Relevant Skill and Experience <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors in Marketing or Social Sciences<\/li>\n<li>Post graduate in marketing<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to Home oriented businesses will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Telecoms industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Other Requirements (Behavioral etc.):<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be strategic and innovative<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive process changes and improvements<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and data interpretation skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>High energy person with the ability to organize, manage and deliver key strategic initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills &#8211; Both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Innovative &amp; Program management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work seamlessly with key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, interpersonal and networking skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/b><br
