It has accordingly, incorporated AETI Power Systems and Controls Limited to undertake these projects.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following vacant positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations<\/strong>: Port-Harcourt\/Ota, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary of Job Function<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Job involves meeting and exceeding the company set target<\/li>\n<li>Increasing the company cliental data base<\/li>\n<li>Managing and retaining existing clients<\/li>\n<li>Developing new channels of business<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up on clients to secure and seal deals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marketing of the core and additional services of the company (Training, Recruitment, Outsourcing and Engineering Consulting)<\/li>\n<li>Development and presentation of training program to prospective clients (old and new)<\/li>\n<li>Customer relationship officer between the company and clients<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of training courses and other services to suit the training requirement of each client<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the recruitment exercises carried out for clients<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate market needs and performance and report back to the company<\/li>\n<li>Assist the technical staff in carrying out technical duties (e.g downloading of CVs from the mailbox, proper functioning of the internet connection in the office, collation of materials, upgrade of course manuals, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Designing of adverts brochures, training calendar, advert placements, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as may be directed by Departmental Heads<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements \/ Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/B.Eng\/HND (Electrical \/Electronics or other related discipline)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and tight reporting schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self motivated and target oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Initiative<\/li>\n<li>Multi-tasking capability<\/li>\n<li>Strong team spirit<\/li>\n<li>Ability to relate to other cultures, values and norms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: General Manager, Business Development and Strategy<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In this position, the appointee will be responsible for leading the business development team from the front, and provide support in the areas of business strategy development and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will also be assigned responsibilities for the direct supervision of some of the SBU\u2019s of the firm to ensure operational effectiveness and profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be a senior electrical, electronic, instrumentation or mechanical engineer; preferably with a business qualification (MBA, MSC).<\/li>\n<li>You will have had strong business development and project management skills acquired in engineering practice, or in Engineering and\/or Management Consulting.<\/li>\n<li>You will be entrepreneurial, personable, have excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills as the basis for interacting at senior management levels to facilitate effective business development and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>You will be familiar with budgets, performance management and financial reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager &#8211; Power<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The appointee will be directly reporting to the Head Operations and Controls and also work with the Projects Department.
