If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we\u2019d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage office supplies stock and place orders<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update company databases<\/li>\n<li>Book meeting rooms as required<\/li>\n<li>Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Arrange travel and accommodations<\/li>\n<li>Schedule in-house and external events<\/li>\n<li>Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents<\/li>\n<li>Answer queries by employees and clients<\/li>\n<li>Update office policies as needed<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of office procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word specifically).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their resumes to: <strong>recruitment@oceanbluecompany.com<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Application Deadline \u00a0<\/strong>15th May, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OceanBlue Energy &amp;
