Our success is driven by our people and their commitment to our customers.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Area Manager, West Africa &amp; East Africa<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Job ID: <\/b>10431T<br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b> Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<b>Reporting to:<\/b> Head of Cluster \u2013 Sub Sahara Africa<br \/>\n<b>Job Purpose<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be responsible for all aspects of the business in his territory (Sales, Marketing and Technical Service).<\/li>\n<li>Identify and realize market opportunities for the Combibloc System business (filling lines, packaging material and services) in his territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The Primary Roles Are: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To build and maintain strong customer relationships for the benefit of both<\/li>\n<li>To propose action plans to Management that delivers the Company strategy and objectives as defined in OPLA and Budget Reviews<\/li>\n<li>To execute the action plans after obtaining Management approval and report timely on challenges, opportunities and results and if needed propose corrections to action plans.<\/li>\n<li>To manage the office for all legal, manpower, tax&#8230; issues in accordance with the local law and company approved policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build, manage and maintain fully functioning organization and operational office. This includes evaluating current staff skill level and taking necessary HR actions to raise the standard.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and oversee implementation of key account plans.<\/li>\n<li>Chair monthly meetings with the service, production, quality personnel to ensure programs are in place on time.<\/li>\n<li>Develop long-term strategic plan in cooperation with the Cluster Head.<\/li>\n<li>Visit customers regularly to ensure their needs are being met.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve outstanding commercial and technical issues, develop SIG Combibloc Obeikan\u2019s value proposition, and build strong professional working relationships to gain customer loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Visit customers regularly to ensure their needs are being met.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve outstanding commercial and technical issues, develop SIG Combibloc Obeikan\u2019s value proposition, and build strong professional working relationships to gain customer loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct customer satisfaction program and determine our performance level against customer expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop plans and take the necessary action with the support of the other team members to ensure customer satisfaction levels are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange for periodic technical and commercial updates to the customer on industry developments with the aim of ensuring better fill performance and cost savings.<\/li>\n<li>Seek out new market opportunities and develop them against competitive packing materials and companies to increase line utilization and market share.<\/li>\n<li>Establish periodical sales forecasts on customer sleeve orders and ensure these are accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Secure that technical performance and filling machine utilization of all installed equipment is constantly monitored and corrective actions are initiated, if required.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, marketing and technical reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Required work experience and skills:<\/li>\n<li>Essential: minimum 5 to 7 years in the Sales Department of a Multinational Organization<\/li>\n<li>Desired: experience in the packaging industry on Managerial level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required educational qualifications: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Essential: Degree in Technical or Business curriculum<\/li>\n<li>Desired: MSc, MBA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Languages: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>English \/ French<\/li>\n<li>Arabic \/ German would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Other Additional Requirements \/ Pre-requisites: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social and Leadership skills giving ability to work with people at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds<\/li>\n<li>Committed to delivering on time in full on objectives and activities<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the value chain for dairy and beverage industry and FMCG<\/li>\n<li>The job requires travelling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/oig.taleo.net\/careersection\/jobdetail.ftl?job=10431T&amp;lang=en#.WQ7r1FLFY60.twitter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><b>Click here to apply\u00a0for this Position<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Field Service Engineer<\/strong><b><br \/>\nJob ID:<\/b>10446T<b><br \/>\nLocation:<\/b>Lagos, Nigeria<b><br \/>\nReporting to:<\/b> Area Manager &#8211; Southern Africa<b><br \/>\nJob Purpose<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Securing the functional efficiency of the filling machine lines at customer site, considering the commercial conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate solid knowledge &amp; understanding how related items work, as well as how to use different related tools. (e.g. Pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, electro-mechanics, automation, instrumentation, controls,\u00a0 tools)<\/li>\n<li>Realization of inspections, repairs, preventive maintenances or trouble-shooting at customer site.<\/li>\n<li>Support of the customer staff regarding technical problems.<\/li>\n<li>Ordering of spare parts when required with customer approval.<\/li>\n<li>Installation of modifications when required.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of technical reports and record any customer complaints and forwarding to the responsible department.<\/li>\n<li>Leading of the personnel at the site when required.<\/li>\n<li>As required installation of filling line.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Required work experience and skills:<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong customer service skills, be willing to travel.<\/li>\n<li>Proven record in Field Service and Customer Contacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Educational Qualifications: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanical\/Electrical Engineering Degree with 3+ years\u2019 experience Aseptic Industry and\/or Food strongly or in\u00a0 past packaging industry experience<\/li>\n<li>OR minimum NPC3 with a qualified trade with 5+ years of packaging industry experience a necessary.
