Partnership model: We aim to achieve dominant market leadership positions for premier FMCG producers by combining quality production and brand value with expert distribution.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position of:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Title: Graduate Management Trainee<br \/>\nLocation: <\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Help set policies.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate work output.<\/li>\n<li>Receive classroom instruction in subjects related to their rotational experience.<\/li>\n<li>Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, merchandising, and personnel departments.<\/li>\n<li>Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program.<\/li>\n<li>Attend periodic evaluations.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program.<\/li>\n<li>Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.<\/li>\n<li>Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.<\/li>\n<li>Report stock activity to management by monitoring and analyzing stock balances<\/li>\n<li>Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date:\u00a0<\/strong>13th May, 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to: <a href=\"mailto:jobs@greatbrandsng.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>jobs@greatbrandsng.com<\/strong><\/a> , <a href=\"mailto:charles.ubani@greatbrandsng.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>charles.ubani@greatbrandsng.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Great Brands Nigeria Limited is a world-class, people orientated, performance driven, sales and distribution company.
