with regional presence to accept mobile money as a means of payment in retail\/ outlets.<\/li>\n<li>Acquire new partners to increase transactional revenues.<\/li>\n<li>Develop programs that will educate customers on new and existing Bill Payment partners.<\/li>\n<li>Propose new service to enhance mobile money ecosystem to achieve target revenues.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely integration\/rollout of corporate partners.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze partner needs to provide innovate solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management and partner satisfaction attainment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that results achieved exceed targets set on the budget for each revenue bucket.<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of the desired revenue from Bulk payment transactions<\/li>\n<li>Work with regional teams to acquire new partners to increase transactional revenues.<\/li>\n<li>Develop programs that will educate customers on new and existing Bulk Payment partners.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely rollout of Bulk Payment partners.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze partner needs to provide innovate solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management and partner satisfaction attainment.<\/li>\n<li>Manage team results so as exceed targets set on the budgets for each revenue bucket.<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of the desired revenue from Business to Business transactions<\/li>\n<li>Acquire new partners to increase transactional revenues.<\/li>\n<li>Develop programs that will educate customers on new and existing Business to Business<\/li>\n<li>Grow Merchant Base to be the most preferred payment solution with width &amp; depth of distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Grow Active Master Agent and Agent Base via tactical programmers linking Agents to Billers, Merchants and Bulk Pay Customers for seamless cash-in &amp; cash-out transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and\/or Work Experience Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelors in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Commerce or a related discipline<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years of experience in a financial institution and or telecommunications industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Strategic thinking abilities, market research and information gathering.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to negotiate for business at C-level executives<\/li>\n<li>Personal initiative and ability to work independently, focus on priorities, monitor and evaluate progress and to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication and good presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and maintain networks<\/li>\n<li>A high degree of integrity and the ability to deal with confidential information is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Social Media Specialist<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute the creation and publishing of relevant, original, and high-quality content<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a regular publishing schedule<\/li>\n<li>Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification<\/li>\n<li>Optimize company pages within each platform to increase visibility of company\u2019s social content<\/li>\n<li>Moderate all user-generated content<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain editorial calendars and schedules<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions<\/li>\n<li>Work with the marketing team to create a solid branding message across all channels<\/li>\n<li>Create social media campaigns and call to actions that drive engagement and conversions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and tracking all outgoing and incoming social media communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required<\/li>\n<li>3+ years experience in social media or related field<\/li>\n<li>Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Agent Network Manager<br \/>\nLocation: <\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He is responsible for delivering on agent, customer and revenue growth targets through effective development and management of a distribution network.<\/li>\n<li>The role involves hands-on supervision of a 50+ person field sales and operational support team across various region, ensuring teamwork and capability development, and delivering on commercial targets defined for each period.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must also have demonstrated skills in driving volumes through a channel, relationship building, monitoring and evaluating results to devise strategies.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must also have demonstrated an ability to motivate a team, provide mentorship, and understand how to grow sales staff.<\/li>\n<li>You will also need to be someone who cares about others, relatable, trustworthy, takes initiative, calm under pressure, and have great communication skills &#8211; verbal, non-verbal, and written.<\/li>\n<li>To be successful you will need to be comfortable spending significant time in the field motivating the team and agents, and driving both to exceed set targets.<\/li>\n<li>You must be someone with a strong ability to influence and work collaboratively with teams that do not report into you.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate must have a clearly-demonstrated track record in channel recruiting and management, and should have produced meaningful sales revenues at a fast moving consumer goods company or similar products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and\/or Work Experience Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead cross functional teams<\/li>\n<li>A detailed understanding of the wholesale and retail distribution marketplace, including their potential customers, partner suppliers, and competitors.<\/li>\n<li>Drive channel satisfaction improvement.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years\u2019 relevant experience in sales
