{"id":37671,"date":"2017-05-23T13:07:51","date_gmt":"2017-05-23T12:07:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=37671"},"modified":"2017-05-23T13:07:51","modified_gmt":"2017-05-23T12:07:51","slug":"customer-care-representative-officer-investigation-ibadan-electricity-distribution-company-ibedc-plc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/customer-care-representative-officer-investigation-ibadan-electricity-distribution-company-ibedc-plc.html","title":{"rendered":"Customer Care Representative Officer (Investigation) at Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) Plc"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) Plc &#8211; Headquartered in Ibadan is responsible for electricity distribution within the southwestern zone (Oyo, Ogun, Osun and kwara as well as some parts of Kogi, Ekiti and Niger states).<\/p>\n<p>We are an organization with a focus on delivering excellent service to the customers and providing customer satisfaction through reliable power distributions.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Care Representative Officer (Investigation)<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Ibadan<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides quality service to both external and internal customers in an accurate, efficient and responsive manner in accordance with regulatory guidelines and industry standard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external\u00a0 customers<\/li>\n<li>Acts as a liaison (Being the first point of contact) between IBEDC and its customers.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts detailed investigations and fact finding in resolving escalated customer complaints via in-person walk in, letters or by email and ensures timely resolution.
