The project has the objective to increase access of poor to improved social and natural resources infrastructure services in a sustainable manner throughout Nigeria. This will be achieved through the provision of grant support to benefiting communities for implementation of community driven micro Projects under approved Community Development Plans (COPs).<\/p>\n<p>In order to commence state level implementation of Additional Financing, the position below is available for employment:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: General Manager<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/b>IMO<b><br \/>\nKey Duties and Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exercise the powers and functions of the State Agency as provided for in section 4.3 of the project implementation manual (PIM)<\/li>\n<li>Authorise expenditure in accordance with the annual budget and work programme of the State Agency as approved by BOD<\/li>\n<li>Represent the State Agency in all its dealings with third parties at the level of management<\/li>\n<li>Conduct dialogue with donors and those capable of providing complimentary technical and administrative skills and financial resources<\/li>\n<li>Delegate his authority to the staff of the agency to the extent necessary for the efficient performance of the activities of CSDP<\/li>\n<li>Be in-charge of General administration of the CSDP<\/li>\n<li>Manage State Agency personnel<\/li>\n<li>Be the accounting officer of the State Agency<\/li>\n<li>Gives approval for proposal of COPs recommended by the State Agency Management
