WHI was incorporated in 2006 with a vision to provide safe, scalable and affordable drinking water to the underserved communities across the world. In Ten (10) years of its operation WHI has successfully installed and running more than 500 WaterHealth Centers<br \/>\n(WHCs) and Water Vending Machines across the globe providing access to safe water to over seven (7) million consumers.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title:<\/b> <strong>Head &#8211; Operations, Assistant Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Functional Description:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incharge of full Operations is responsible for process \/ maintaining operational efficiency of all the Water Treatment plants in Ghana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Requirements\/Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WHC [WaterHealth Center] operations and its maintenance in line with Theme. Ensure minimal plant break down. Conducting regular service audits to ensure that the Business Associate complies with the laid down processes. Ensuring reduction in wastage and optimization of the Operations and Maintenance [O&amp;M] Costs. Increasing and maintaining RO [Reverse Osmosis] recovery at \u226560 &#8211; 70%, as per WaterHealth guidelines. Controlling the NREW [Non Revenue Earning Water]. Maintaining and tracking inventory for the assigned grid. Training the Business Associate (Operators) on plant operating procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u00a0Qualification:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bsc.
