{"id":38051,"date":"2017-06-05T10:19:45","date_gmt":"2017-06-05T09:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=38051"},"modified":"2017-06-05T10:19:45","modified_gmt":"2017-06-05T09:19:45","slug":"vacancies-saro-lifecare-limited-2-positions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/vacancies-saro-lifecare-limited-2-positions.html","title":{"rendered":"Vacancies At Saro Lifecare Limited [2 Positions]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Saro Lifecare started in 2007 when Saro Agro Sciences Limited bought over the Personal &amp; Home Care Division of Chemicals &amp; Allied Plc thus becoming the owner of Purit Antiseptic Liquid, Carat Medicated Soap, Safecut Aftershave and Dayspring Liquid Detergent amongst other brands for the Leading Indigenous Non-Oil Exporter of the Year 2 times in the past 5 years.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title:<\/b><strong> Van Sales Representative (VSR)<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Location<\/b>: Ibadan<br \/>\n<b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He ensures wholesales &amp; retail customers in assigned open markets are served and SLC products are available &amp; visible at the retail \/ wholesalers outlets in assigned open markets at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Primary Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepares route plan &amp; adhere to it strictly.<\/li>\n<li>Develop &amp; maintain customer list that capture Name, Contact Person, Address, and Phone Numbers of customers in assigned markets.<\/li>\n<li>Report issues relating to \/ satisfaction of customers, &amp; consumers in assigned markets.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development (information generation) and implementation of marketing plans regarding his \/ her assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Merchandize &amp; execute products display initiatives leading to the desired visibilities for company brands in the retail outlets trade channels.<\/li>\n<li>Sell company products to current &amp; potential wholesale \/ retail outlets &amp; customers.<\/li>\n<li>Must be accountable of all the stocks in his\/her custody<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to drive and have a valid driving license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must possess an OND or HND (Any Discipline)qualification<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be fluent in English, language of Residence and Computer Literacy, with 0 &#8211; 2 years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<li>Age &#8211; 20-30 years old<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Special Skills &amp; Key Behavioral Competencies: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Smart<\/li>\n<li>Numeric<\/li>\n<li>Confident<\/li>\n<li>Outgoing<\/li>\n<li>Driven<\/li>\n<li>Must be resident in City of interest (Ibadan)<\/li>\n<li>Dutiful<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to drive, and have a valid driver\u2019s License.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Title: <\/b><b><\/b><strong>Trade Marketing Manager<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Lagos<b><br \/>\nJob Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Saro Life Care trade promotion and pricing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Trade plans should incorporate elements to address product\/channel initiatives, pricing analytics, merchandising objectives, competitive activity, category dynamics and shopper insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Primary Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/ She will manage the trade budget for Saro Life Care, developing strategies to optimize trade spend whilst working closely with the Sales team to assess and deploy funds to support new product placement, drive trial, repeat purchase and respond to competitive activities.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She will lead the tracking and forecasting efforts for product demand for LIFE CARE products. Work closely with internal partners (Sales Team, Logistics, and Finance) to provide monthly product forecasts to ensure product availability and optimize supply chain efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She will lead the trade assessment and engagement process (Customer recruitment, distribution, shelving, and merchandising, pricing guidelines) and lead development of annual trade promotion plans, new product presentations and sell sheets for Field Sales use.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She will be responsible to developing and deploying compelling profit stories for Saro Life Care customers.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She will develop pricing strategies and tactics for Saro Life Care product portfolio to maximize sales performance and optimize business profitability in accordance with the business plan.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She will manage pricing and trade promotion administration including maintenance of price lists, promotional calendar, development and maintenance of trade promotion tracking tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Courses\/Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree required.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years&#8217; experience in FMCG industry with sales experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and adept at problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of retailer go to market strategies and tiers of trade \/channel dynamics<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Required Age: 28 &#8211;
