<\/b><strong>Human Resource Mobility Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Location: <\/b>FCT, Abuja<br \/>\n<b>Duration: <\/b>Full Time<br \/>\n<b>Job Summary<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The HR Mobility Officer will be reporting to the HR-Head of Department.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will provide HR support to Action Against Hunger Nigeria HR Department in managing administrative procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Representing the organization when liaising with local administration including,<\/li>\n<li>The management and coordination of staff security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements <\/b><br \/>\n<b>The Successful Candidate Will Have: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in international relations, HR, Business Administration or related field of study from a recognized institution.<\/li>\n<li>3 years\u2019 work experience with at least 1 year in a related role.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of national labor law and employment norms and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, rigorous, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Able to maintain confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Capacity for analysis, synthesis and reporting of large amount of information.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to Action Against Hunger charter and values.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Approachable, diplomatic, able to work effectively in diverse, cross-cultural teams in a complex, multi-site work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy including all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of the relevant ministries and local authorities, and <\/b><strong>Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Deputy Program<\/strong> <strong>Manager<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Damaturu, Yobe<b><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Following the direction of the WASH Program Manager, the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Deputy Program Manager (WASH DPM) will be based in Damaturu Office.<\/li>\n<li>The WASH DPM will be responsible for running and supervising sanitation and hygiene plus NFIs programs at all stages of the project management cycle.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she will also be responsible for accomplishing the program objectives and outcomes within the contextual constraints.<\/li>\n<li>The DPM ensures the WASH (PHP\/NFI) team completes the defined activities while adhering to internal standards and contractual obligations.<\/li>\n<li>The WASH DPM also has responsibilities regarding capacity building of staff; shaping and evolving a social behavioral change and communication strategy for hygiene and sanitation promotions, humanitarian needs identification through needs assessments, monitoring of the evolving situation; context analysis to contribute to the development of future programs and internal coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><br \/>\n<b>The Successful Candidate Will Have: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in Public Health or equivalent in a field related to Water, Sanitation and Hygiene and or training\/courses specific to WASH in development contexts (such as Bio force Institute graduates) + minimum of 5 years of working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Applied skills on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene projects management.<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills (team management, communication, reporting, autonomy, pedagogy, planning and organizational skills).<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to Action Against Hunger mission, values and policy.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) and Humanitarian
