In so doing, we strive towards universal access.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting for the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title:<\/b><strong> Female Account Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b> Lagos<br \/>\n<b>Job Summary<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Account officer will work closely with other staff to ensure proper management of the organization finance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review transactions vouchers for accuracy, correct coding and completeness of documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Review transactions posted in Quick books accounting system (payments, deposits, journals and petty cash) for accuracy and coding.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation, and submit for review.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct monthly review of Quick Books Balance Sheet accounts and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the maintenance of an up to date filed records of financial activities, in an audit-ready manner; ensure proper and effective filing system is in place<\/li>\n<li>Prepare activity budgets and present draft budgets for review, ensuring that budget utilization is within the available budget provisions in the Work plan.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare \/ Review account reconciliations for suppliers, staffs and agents, before payment.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a monthly Outstanding Advance Report by reviewing and staff advances and liquidations to ensure compliance to the standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Print weekly bank statements, and reconcile to the cashbook.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the office financial year-end procedures, year- end schedules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Accounting, Business Management, Financial Management or related field with a minimum of 3 years work experience strictly in accounting roles.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must have an in-depth knowledge of MS Excel and QuickBooks is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Work experience in a supervisory position is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent coordination and time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work under pressure and ability to work under minimum supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively work in a team.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel when required.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Note: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please indicate the job title as the subject. e.g.Female Account Officer.<\/li>\n<li>Applications not in compliance with the stipulated Qualification\/Requirement will NOT be considered.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant might be shortlisted before the application deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to: <b>hr@sharptowersltd.com<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline: <\/b>20th June, 2017.<b> <\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sharptowers limited, is a digital company that support the growth of small and medium sized businesses through the efficient and effective use of our digital products and services.
