{"id":38162,"date":"2017-06-07T11:00:28","date_gmt":"2017-06-07T10:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=38162"},"modified":"2017-06-07T11:00:28","modified_gmt":"2017-06-07T10:00:28","slug":"continental-properties-limited-ongoing-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/continental-properties-limited-ongoing-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Continental Properties Limited Ongoing Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Solution Finders Limited &#8211; Our client, Continental Properties Limited, is a leading Property Developers, Consultants and Managers in the Real Estate company in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>They are in need of suitably qualified candidates to join their team in the position below:<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title: <\/b><strong>Marketing Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b> Lagos<br \/>\n<b>Type:<\/b> Full-Time<b><br \/>\nJob Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals<\/li>\n<li>Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal<\/li>\n<li>Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects<\/li>\n<li>Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market<\/li>\n<li>Proffer recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants who provide legal and mortgage services<\/li>\n<li>Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desired Skills &amp; Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must possess minimum of OND or B.SC degree<\/li>\n<li>Must have minimum of 3 years working experience in marketing in a real estate agency<\/li>\n<li>He\/she must be a computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Must have good knowledge of the real estate market in Lagos<\/li>\n<li>Must possess good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with little or no supervision<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must possess flair for marketing and minimum<\/li>\n<li>He\/she must be hard working and dedicated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Salary<\/b><br \/>\nN720,000 &#8211; N840, 000 per Annum<\/p>\n<p><b>How to Apply<br \/>\n<\/b>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.solutionfindersltd.com\/copy-of-bdm-for-dma\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><b>Click here to apply\u00a0<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline: <\/b>23rd June, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Solution Finders Limited &#8211; Our client, Continental Properties Limited, is a leading Property Developers, Consultants and Managers in the Real Estate company in Nigeria.
