{"id":38292,"date":"2017-06-08T16:01:34","date_gmt":"2017-06-08T15:01:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=38292"},"modified":"2017-06-08T16:01:34","modified_gmt":"2017-06-08T15:01:34","slug":"call-center-agents-front-desk-officers-needed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/call-center-agents-front-desk-officers-needed.html","title":{"rendered":"Call Center Agents &#8211; Front Desk Officers Needed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Judith-Samuels Recruitment Agency Limited is currently recruiting due to our business expansion into the FMCG industry, a giant in the Nigerian FMCG multinationals is having vacancy opened to Call center agents and front desk officers<\/p>\n<p>The positions are for Lagos head office and six (16) other branches within Lagos State.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The call canter operators are responsible for every customer relationship and services, the customer service executive will also be responsible for organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office, as well as the generation and development of new business opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>The Graduate trainee will be responsible for staffing, and training.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing professional service to customers and liaising with key parties including third party suppliers and other company offices.<\/li>\n<li>Process sales invoicing in accordance with established procedures and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Receive supplier purchase invoices, ensuring they are correct and passed to appropriate department for processing.<\/li>\n<li>Help ensure each shipment generates the maximum contribution to the company by keeping constant focus on meeting the required service level at the lowest possible cost.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best practice, but also that fees charged are inline with competitors.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the sales team with quotations and client\/product knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Work in conjunction with the Customer Services Team Leader, which will require you to produce reports and statistics for meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output<\/li>\n<li>Writing reports for management and delivering presentations<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Responding to customer queries and complaints<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring company policies are observed<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ensuring all appliances and equipment are working at optimum level<\/li>\n<li>Produce weekly report of all activities<\/li>\n<li>Performing other related duties as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively with both the external and internal customers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Time and self-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory skills<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Well-organized<\/li>\n<li>Strong client management skills<\/li>\n<li><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1-3 years cognate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum OND<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Forward a detailed cv to <strong><a href=\"mailto:judithsamuels.recruitment@gmail.com\">judithsamuels.recruitment@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Application deadline: <span data-term=\"goog_565820827\">19th June<\/span>, 2017<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Judith-Samuels Recruitment Agency Limited is currently recruiting due to our business expansion into the FMCG industry, a giant in the Nigerian FMCG multinationals is having vacancy opened to Call center&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[1641],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
