We are also consistently committed to high standards; continuous improvement, service excellence, organizational citizenship, and outstanding work ethics.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Job Title: Facility Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Warri, Delta State.<br \/>\n<strong>Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Category:<\/strong> Middle Level Management<br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role is responsible for the maintenance, sustenance and security of all facilities within the organization.<\/li>\n<li>The role is responsible for organizing, controlling and coordinating the operational management of all buildings and machinery assets within the organization to create a safe and productive work environment for users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Result Areas (KRA)<\/strong><br \/>\nThe key result areas of this role are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operations Management<\/li>\n<li>Financial forecasting and budgeting of the facility needs of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Property acquisition and or disposal upon depreciation in value.<\/li>\n<li>Advise management on energy consumption and energy saving measures.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate waste disposal and management of general and medical waste.<\/li>\n<li>Grounds Keeping &amp; Health and Safety<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all buildings within the premises meet government regulations on health and safety, fire hazard and other regulatory compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and oversee the cleaning of the facilities and ensure it meets preset standards.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the catering and car parking facilities within the organizations premises.<\/li>\n<li>Planning, coordinating and monitoring renovation work on existing facilities within the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the lease agreement on any property acquired by the organization in other locations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the allocation of space within the buildings in the corporate premises.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating Building Maintenance Activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Person<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum academic qualification of a B.Sc. in Facilities Management, Building Technology, Building Service Engineering, Project Management or any related degree.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication, interpersonal and people management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem analysis and solving, project management\u00a0 skills<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft office packages.<\/li>\n<li>Possess high degree of accuracy and attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>5 to 7 years relevant work experience preferably in the Health sector.<\/li>\n<li>Membership of the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA) Nigerian Chapter would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customers service skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nSalary in line with industry standard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV&#8217;s in Word Doc only to: <strong>recruitment074@gmail.com<\/strong> using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline \u00a0<\/strong>23rd June, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lily Hospitals Limited, established since 1986 remains one of the most prosperous hospitals in Nigeria and within the South-South region of the country.
