Our company takes pride in not just beauty consultation, but in empowering women, creating self-awareness as well as boosting self-esteem.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Internal Control Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily verification of all cash sales deposited<\/li>\n<li>Daily assurance of cash in the bank against quick books sales<\/li>\n<li>Flag and send exceptions for reconciliation daily<\/li>\n<li>Send cash assurance reports daily for review.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with banks for settlement reports<\/li>\n<li>Verify stock received\/stock dispatch in the warehouse<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate warehouse stock count<\/li>\n<li>Send indices report 48 hours after branch stock confirmation<\/li>\n<li>Use branch stock count to conduct spot check and stock reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile &amp; report all returned products after events and raise exceptions if any<\/li>\n<li>Follow up &amp; report on warehouse bin card updates after each supply to the branches<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate warehouse mid and month end stock count<\/li>\n<li>Report on warehouse stock count within 3 days of count.<\/li>\n<li>Weekly assurance of settlement reports with quick books sales<\/li>\n<li>Flag and send exceptions for reconciliation weekly<\/li>\n<li>Verify all cheques have been cleared into accounts<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on any return cheques<\/li>\n<li>Send weekly report of unidentified lodgement<\/li>\n<li>Report unapproved credit sales<\/li>\n<li>Ensure payments by customer is posted against their outstanding accounts<\/li>\n<li>Send debt status reports weekly for review<\/li>\n<li>Carry out reconciliation of all stock<\/li>\n<li>Check bin card update across branches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate degree<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years\u2019 experience as an Audit\/Control Associate<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), knowledge of Quick Books is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of control and complaince methods and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in methods of receiving, inspecting, issuing stock and handling stock returns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV&#8217;s to: <strong>talents@houseoftara.com<\/strong> using &#8220;Internal Control Associate&#8221; as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline \u00a0<\/strong>23rd June, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>House of Tara International &#8211; We are House of Tara, the largest brand in the beauty and cosmetics industry out of Africa.
