{"id":38498,"date":"2017-06-14T11:36:12","date_gmt":"2017-06-14T10:36:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=38498"},"modified":"2017-06-14T11:36:12","modified_gmt":"2017-06-14T10:36:12","slug":"customer-service-executivesfresh-graduate-trainee-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/customer-service-executivesfresh-graduate-trainee-4.html","title":{"rendered":"Customer Service Executives\/Fresh Graduate Trainee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pace Setters Limited is a newly re-branded financial institution,<br \/>\nsince 1998 we have been in business.<\/p>\n<p>Due to our business expansion, we are having job opening for the<br \/>\nadvertised position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The customer service department is responsible for every<br \/>\ncustomer relationship and services, the customer service executive<br \/>\nwill also be responsible for organizing and supervising all of the<br \/>\nadministrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an<br \/>\noffice, as well as the generation and development of new business<br \/>\nopportunities.<\/p>\n<p>The Graduate trainee will be responsible for staffing, and training.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing professional service to customers and liaising<br \/>\nwith key parties including third party suppliers and other company<br \/>\noffices.<\/li>\n<li>Process sales invoicing in accordance with established<br \/>\nprocedures and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Receive supplier purchase invoices, ensuring they are<br \/>\ncorrect and passed to appropriate department for processing.<\/li>\n<li>Help ensure each shipment generates the maximum<br \/>\ncontribution to the company by keeping constant focus on meeting the<br \/>\nrequired service level at the lowest possible cost.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly review working processes with carriers and<br \/>\ntransport companies to ensure best practice, but also that fees<br \/>\ncharged are inline with competitors.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the sales team with quotations and client\/product knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Work in conjunction with the Customer Services Team<br \/>\nLeader, which will require you to produce reports and statistics for<br \/>\nmeetings.<\/li>\n<li>Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output<\/li>\n<li>Writing reports for management and delivering presentations<\/li>\n<li>Responding to customer queries and complaints<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring company policies are observed<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all appliances and equipment are working at optimum level<\/li>\n<li>Produce weekly report of all activities<\/li>\n<li>Performing other related duties as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively with both the external and internal customers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Time and self-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory skills<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Well-organized<\/li>\n<li>Strong client management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum OND<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Forward a detailed CV to<strong> recuritmentpace@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Application deadline is 25 June.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pace Setters Limited is a newly re-branded financial institution, since 1998 we have been in business.
