He\/She will be required to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure adequate planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the company<\/li>\n<li>Timely and accurately report monthly management information as required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all recommendations by external auditors are adequately attended to<\/li>\n<li>Account and transaction reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Chief Financial Officer as required.<\/li>\n<li>Report monthly, quarterly financial statements and company performance against the budget.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate preparation of the company\u2019s financial statements in line with statutory requirements and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A first degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or any other related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Must have Practical industry experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must be of good character and integrity<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a reputable stock-broking firm.<\/li>\n<li>Must be an Associate Member of relevant professional bodies (ICAN, ACCA, CIS)<\/li>\n<li>Must be a licensed stock broker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a good understanding of the dynamics of investments and and securities.<\/li>\n<li>Must be analytical to study financial data and identify investment opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Good ethical conduct.<\/li>\n<li>Have the confidence to advice clients about the most prudent and rewarding investment options.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Initiative<\/li>\n<li>Physical &amp;
