We maintain a rich portfolio of commercial, residential and retail clients with several hundred square meters of real estate under management.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> <strong>Maintenance Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule and direct a crew of Maintenance Technicians involved in one or more craft specialties; train and provide work direction and guidance while performing work in or more of the skilled trades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the complete facility maintenance operation ensuring that the services provided meet the specifications<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to crew of maintenance technicians<\/li>\n<li>Preparing training curriculum program and training crew of maintenance technicians<\/li>\n<li>Establish schedules and methods for providing site maintenance services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor work activities to ensure proper compliance with quality policies and health and safety regulations<\/li>\n<li>Maintain liaison relationship with clients and respond positively<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent approach to addressing client needs promptly<\/li>\n<li>Produce monthly reports, including an operations summary of completed and planned operations activity.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and ensure compliance with all PPM Schedules generated<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control supplies and equipment; order supplies and tools as necessary; prepare documents for equipment procurement; prepare specifications and contracts for contract services<\/li>\n<li>Provide input to performance reviews; monitor work of assigned crew members<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate renovation projects<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the preparation and administration of the site maintenance budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures; prepare cost estimates; submit justifications for equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a reputable facilities management organization<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to keep track of and report on activity<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience training maintenance team<\/li>\n<li>Experience in planning maintenance operations<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified applicants should forward their CV\u2019s to: <a href=\"mailto:adaobi@willcoonline.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>adaobi@willcoonline.com<\/strong><\/a> using \u2018Maintenance Manager\u2019 as subject of mail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willco Property Management\u2122 is a client-centric property servicing company that provides a broad range of cost effective management solutions to a variety of clients.
