The company has since inception embarked on conceptualization, execution and maintenance of real estate for a hand full of corporate and individual clients thus fast building a strong reputation as a skillful and dependable firm bringing innovative solutions and approaches to its various engagements.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of Marketing<\/strong><strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively partake in setting sales and marketing targets.<\/li>\n<li>Direct responsibility to effectively market the company\u2019s products.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly source new and viable clients.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in researching and providing market intelligence reports regularly or as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute in advising on marketing communication materials to promote the company as a brand its products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Develop daily and weekly work plans and write weekly outcome and status reports.<\/li>\n<li>Manage corporate relationship with existing clients updating them on their transaction and the company\u2019s projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to the following requirements:<\/li>\n<li>Management Policy<\/li>\n<li>Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations procedure and process manual(s)<\/li>\n<li>Actively contribute to the conceptualization of marketing strategies to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.<\/li>\n<li>Drafting of relevant correspondence document to communicate the company\u2019s position on any transaction concerning new and existing clients\u2019 transaction.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in site inspections to set in motion sales transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Standards, including: work-papers, file set up, letters, etc<\/li>\n<li>Loyalty to the company\u2019s vision<\/li>\n<li>Manage and disseminate information about clients and their transaction to concerned departments with Manager\u2019s clearance.<\/li>\n<li>Record and constantly update all client contact data (client relations database management).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in monitoring and ensuring that all aspects of clients\u2019 transactions are in order.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the HOD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A first degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Communication Arts, Economics or any other related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate or Property Development Firm or a similar position<\/li>\n<li>An MBA or relevant post graduate degree\/professional qualification will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Private Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Training &amp; Development<\/li>\n<li>Performance Bonus<\/li>\n<li>Pension Plan<\/li>\n<li>Comission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/crovation-limited.workable.com\/j\/2CC92C2BC0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Crovation Limited (Crovation) was established in 2014 and comprises a group of professionals that specialize in the development and maintenance of real estate.
