{"id":38854,"date":"2017-06-28T06:28:32","date_gmt":"2017-06-28T05:28:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=38854"},"modified":"2017-06-28T06:28:32","modified_gmt":"2017-06-28T05:28:32","slug":"aldelia-group-ongoing-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/aldelia-group-ongoing-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Aldelia Group Ongoing Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aldelia Group, is recruiting on behalf of its client to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Facilities Superintendent<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Primary Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Facilities Superintendent is responsible for the supervision and administration of the camp facilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interaction with the Facilities Manager in the compliance of contractual requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with the applicable work specifications of contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Develop client relationships to attract new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular inspections of client and company accommodation and office facilities to ensure required standards of cleanliness are maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous monitoring of unit supervisors with a view to improving efficiency, technique, and service levels<\/li>\n<li>Direction, control, and supervision of administrative and Food Services, housing &amp; recreation facilities<\/li>\n<li>Controlling costs and utilization of manpower for optimum performance.<\/li>\n<li>Perform continuous on the job training for junior personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining of records, documents both electronically and hard copies where appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Build rapport with clients and facilitate effective coordination and communication between management and customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Employee may also be required to perform duties not directly related to their area of experience or expertise, in which case proper instruction will be provided by the Company;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct himself in a dignified and respectful manner that reflects well on the Employer and also sets an example for the other employees.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the highest ethical standards are maintained in all activities;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The resilience to deal with periods of work pressure and diplomacy to deal with difficult employees, customers, contactors and others in the course of their duties;<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, with the ability to maintain high levels of service;<\/li>\n<li>Motivated with the ability to effectively work on own initiative;<\/li>\n<li>Physical fitness and mental agility to successful function for an extended period if required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years within a senior supervisory position<\/li>\n<li>Preferably experience of working with multi nationals<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, with the ability to maintain high levels of service;<\/li>\n<li>Motivated with the ability to effectively work on own initiative;<\/li>\n<li>Physical fitness and mental agility to successful function for an extended period if required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage large of multi-level personnel<\/li>\n<li>Preferable though not essential hospitality experience<\/li>\n<li>The resilience to deal with periods of work pressure and diplomacy to deal with difficult employees, customers, contactors, and others in the course of their duties;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send a copy of their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:boluwatife.akinyemi@aldelia.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>boluwatife.akinyemi@aldelia.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>7th July, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aldelia Group, is recruiting on behalf of its client to fill the position below: &nbsp;
