{"id":39005,"date":"2017-06-30T12:07:26","date_gmt":"2017-06-30T11:07:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=39005"},"modified":"2017-06-30T12:07:26","modified_gmt":"2017-06-30T11:07:26","slug":"michael-stevens-consulting-position-available-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/michael-stevens-consulting-position-available-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Michael Stevens Consulting: Position Available"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Michael Stevens Consulting \u2013 Our client, a player in the EPC sector is looking for an innovative Civil engineer to design, develop and construct a huge range of projects of the physically and naturally built environment from conception through to completion.We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Project Engineer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Rivers<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner<\/li>\n<li>Handle over the resulting structures and services for use<\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress and compile reports in project status<\/li>\n<li>Manage budget and purchase equipment\/materials<\/li>\n<li>Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required<\/li>\n<li>Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)<\/li>\n<li>Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications<\/li>\n<li>Assess potential risks, materials and costs<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems\/deficiencies<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience in civil engineering<\/li>\n<li>License of professional engineer<\/li>\n<li>BS\/MA in Civil Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have at least 15 years progressive experience in large scale construction works.
