below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> <strong>Business Officer<br \/>\nLocation: <\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019re looking for a result-driven Business Officers to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.<\/li>\n<li>You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scout for potential clients\/consumers and offer them good product services<\/li>\n<li>Present, promote and sell products\/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers<\/li>\n<li>Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Explain the benefits of buying products to clients<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of all documents, including payment receipts in client account with the organization<\/li>\n<li>Reach out to customer leads through calling, texting, emails and other social media platform<\/li>\n<li>Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the territory\/market\u2019s potential, track sales and status reports<\/li>\n<li>Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve through feedback<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and make presentations to new and existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>Give clients various product options to choose from based on their business needs and financial budget<\/li>\n<li>Assist clients in identifying appropriate product for their businesses<\/li>\n<li>Send proofs of product materials to clients for approval<\/li>\n<li>Schedule appointments with clients to discuss new product proposals to secure and conclude sales.<\/li>\n<li>Offer bonuses to existing clients so as to retain their patronage and attract new ones<\/li>\n<li>Study sales statistics and prepare reports for clients\u2019 accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a sales representative<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales<\/li>\n<li>Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of S.S.C.E<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc, B.A is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in negotiating, tendering and estimating<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with customer relationship management practices along with ability to build productive business professional
