Our goal is to take this burden off every Lagosian by providing the most convenient laundry and dry-cleaning service to our customer all from our app.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Operations Associate<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently looking to hire an Operations Associate to help provide support to our customers, drivers and everyone in between.<\/li>\n<li>We are looking for people that want to have fun while they work and love figuring out solutions to real-time problems.<\/li>\n<li>If you are empathetic, can remain calm under pressure and feel like you can effectively communicate with almost anyone, this position is for you.<\/li>\n<li>As part of the team, you will be providing top-level customer service by managing the emails, phone calls and text messages that come in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage scheduling and dispatch<\/li>\n<li>Balance the inbound calls, texts and emails from customers, partner dry-cleaners and drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Work with engineering team to improve product and customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Be a passionate safi.ng representative<\/li>\n<li>Go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction for our customers and drivers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree (4-year university)<\/li>\n<li>1+ year(s) of customer service experience is a plus but not a must.<\/li>\n<li>Service hours include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills (verbal and written)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@safi.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@safi.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Safi.ng is a startup Company based in Lagos, Nigeria that wants to redefine the laundry and dry cleaning industry.
