Alli. The primary objective of the University is to provide educational opportunity for the numerous youths of the then Bendel State origin who could not got places in the few Federal Universities towards the fulfillment of their educational aspirations at the tertiary level. The University is located at Ujemen, Ekpoma with an Annexe at Emaudo, Ekpoma.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Director, University Farms\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule of the Office<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Director of University Farms is the Head of the University Farms and is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day administration of the farms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Director of University Farms should have a Degree in Agriculture plus 18 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>A possession of a higher Degree in Agriculture will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary and Condition of Service<\/strong><br \/>\nThe salary and conditions of service are as applicable to the post advertised above in Nigerian Universities and as may be determined from time to time by Edo State Government.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n28th August, 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Interested and qualified candidates should forward their Applications with 25 copies of their detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) providing information on the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full names.<\/li>\n<li>Place and date of birth.<\/li>\n<li>Nationality.<\/li>\n<li>Marital Status.<\/li>\n<li>Number and ages of children.<\/li>\n<li>Permanent home address.<\/li>\n<li>Degrees indicating dates\/class and institutions, as well as other qualifications and distinctions.<\/li>\n<li>Statement of experience Including full details of former and present posts.<\/li>\n<li>List of publications, patents, designs and so on.<\/li>\n<li>Extra Curricula activities.<\/li>\n<li>Possible date of availability for duties if appointed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Vision Statement<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidates should as well state categorically and in not more than 500 words the vision statement for the University for the next Five (5) years regarding its physical\/infrastructural development and management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Referees<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The applicants are required to state the names and addresses of Three referees who are to forward references direct on their behalf to the University Registrar and Secretary to Council.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All applications should be forwarded in properly sealed envelopes marked &#8220;Director, University Farms&#8221; on the top left corner and addressed to the:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vice-Chancellor, <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ambrose Alli University, <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>P.M.B. 14, Ekpoma, <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Edo State.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma was established by the then Executive Governor of Bendel State, Professor A.F.
